The purpose of this article is to analyse the differnt civil process of the Civil Procedure Law that can be used for the recovery of illegally occupied properties: eviction for precarious, injunction to recover possession and action action for the protection of registered property rights. Special attention is paid to the new procedure of rapid recovery of possession that has been created by Law 5/2018 amending the classic injunction to regain possession.

In questa Lezione viene presentata un’indagine empirico-storica sull’educazione intesa come fenomeno umano universale. Vengono individuate le molte educazioni cui il genere umano ha dato vita nel corso della sua evoluzione, dalla preistoria ai giorni nostri, tenendo conto delle coordinate spazio-temporali entro cui queste si sono concretizzate. This Lesson presents an empirical-historical inquiry about education as an universal human phenomenon. Many of the educations that humanity has realized during its evolution, from prehistory to today, are identified. These educational practices have been realized within specific geographic and historical coordinates.

Forma di vita e relazione educativa

The aim of this paper is to show that the main object of pedagogical research is relationship among people who share the same context. The analysis follows a linguistic approach, from a theoretical and metaphysical kind of language to a language of forms of life. After the linguistic turn, particularly in Ludwig Wittgenstein, forsaking a Platonic language means throwing language in forms of life, and blending it with people and their lives. So an educational process has to leave the unique, traditional pattern to open itself to different voices of life.

Colonie, Imperi e Migrazioni. Un inquadramento postcoloniale dell'Europa multiculturale

The article considers the multicultural roots of the European Union from a postcolonial perspective. Therefore, European history is outlined from colonialism to imperialism, concluding with recent regulations on international migration. The etymology of the terms colony and culture, both derived from the Latin verb colĕre (to cultivate), is the link that connects these themes, highlighting a conception of the relationship between Europeans and the otherness based on exploitation and domination. Through this view, differential colonialism merges with social self representation (antropopoiesi) inherent in the concepts of culture and education and already disclosed by the Greek paideia.

Il contributo intende individuare uno spazio educativo all’interno della polis greca, a partire e attraverso la definizione della dicotomia spazio pubblico / spazio privato. Organizzando il potere politico in modo da far convergere al centro l’idea di comando, si delinea un cittadino che, deposto il potere al centro, si trova ad agire tra pari. Verso costui è orientato un modello educativo che coniuga agire politico e agire etico. Il kratos è allora dislocato nel privato, ed esercitato su individui che, non potendo mai accedere allo status di cittadini, non costituiscono soggetti da educare.

In questo saggio sono esposte le tesi caratterizzanti del pensiero debole, inteso come Weltanschauung spontanea diffusa tra le nuove generazioni e interpretato come sfida radicale all’idea centrale di una paideia di tradizione umanistica. Sono poi presi in esame alcuni rilievi critici emersi dal cosiddetto “realismo critico”, relativi al misconoscimento della realtà e delle differenze. Attraverso una carrellata selettiva di testi filosofici e letterari, nonché attraverso un complessivo riesame delle fonti primarie e secondarie, l'articolo propone una ridiscussione, a scopo eminentemente divulgativo, dell'ideale greco della 'paideia'. Ettore Gabrici, who first excavated the structure located in the northwest corner of Solunto’s agora in 1920-21, identified the remains as part of a thermal bath, despite missing some of the key elements which usually characterize this type of buildings (hypocaust, praefurnium, heating pipes). After the re-examination of the architectural elements, this paper suggests a different interpretation which takes into account archaeological evidences from the broader Mediterranean context (especially from Sicily and the Punic world).
