L’Espagne a voté en 2006 la Loi relative à la promotion de l’autonomie personnelle et au soutien des personnes en situation de dépendance. Le présent article établit les grandes balises de la loi et les limites de son application en regard de la demande réelle en prenant comme exemple la communauté valencienne, tout en montrant que le coût de la dépendance revient encore essentiellement aux familles.

Cet article défend une approche de la communication interculturelle qui privilégie la complexité intersubjective et non les seules différences entre cultures (nationales). Après avoir interrogé les relations entre les cultures nationales et les autres cultures, ce chapitre présente la communication comme lieu de rencontre et lieu de transformation de cultures différentes. En illustrant l'intérêt de prendre en compte différents niveaux de culture pour mieux comprendre la complexité de la communication entre étrangers, il défend l'idée selon laquelle toute situation de communication interpersonnelle comporte une dimension interculturelle qu'il peut être pertinent d'analyser.

The present field experiment examines the relationship between self-awareness, violation of personal space and helping behavior. A beggar asking for alms on the streets. To induce the first experimental condition, the state of objective self-awareness, the beggar had a mirror at chest height, suspended from a string round his neck. With the conceptual framework of control levers of Simons (1995), this article shows how to coordinate diagnostic and interactive uses of the same "management control system" (in this case a system of environmental indicators) for the deployment and the emergence of new strategies. In contrast to the literature, we propose an articulation "in parallel" of levers of control as alternative to sliding levers of control. These results are obtained from a case study in a French wine and spirits subject to large strategic environmental uncertainties.

The paper describes the elaboration of the Charter of Lampedusa. It focuses on the political and geopolitical upheavals of 2014, paying particular attention to the evolving humanitarian-military devices of border management and controls deployed in the Euro-Mediterranean area. Borders are analyzed not only with respect to their function of geographic separation, but also as social, cultural, and economic markers. Abstract Background CUIDA-TE is an APP that offers transdiagnostic cognitive behavioral therapy focused on enhancing emotion regulation. As a novelty, it incorporates ecological momentary interventions (EMI), which can provide psychological support in real time, when suffering arises. The main goal of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of CUIDA-TE to improve emotion regulation in healthcare workers, a population that has been particularly emotionally impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
