Artykuł przedstawia tzw. metrykę nacji polskiej na Uniwersytecie Padewskim, przechowywaną w Archiwum Historycznym Uniwersytetu Padewskiego. Dwa tomy wpisów przedstawicieli Rzeczypospolitej Obojga Narodów, studiujących lub tylko przebywających w Padwie pomiędzy rokiem 1592 a 1745, określano dawniej m. in. jako Album, Codicilli, Liber Nationis, Liber Congregationis s. Stanislai. Jest to unikatowe źródło do badań dziejów życia umysłowego Polski w dobie późnego renesansu i baroku. Departing from the assumption that discourse is both socially constituted and constitutive, and that social reality is co-constructed by the institutions of mass communication, this chapter takes under scrutiny media representation of the recent refugee crisis in Europe. Kamilla Mrozowska was born in Petersburg in 1917 and died in Krakow in 2002. She graduated from Warsaw University with a diploma in History. During the Second World War she was involved in secret teaching in Warsaw. She connected her scientific activity with the Jagiellonian University of Krakow, where she earned the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in 1948. In 1958, she was nominated for the post of associate Professor (Docent), and in 1978 – was conferred the title of Full Professor. She specialized in the history of education and child rearing. Czech civilian special services after 1989 were built by former officers of the communist services. In Poland and in the Czech Republic, at least at the beginning of the changes, participation in the services of members of the democratic opposition was symbolic. The officers of the communist services in both countries were gradually removed during subsequent reorganizations in the years 1990–2018. In the Czech Republic they have not been completely removed to this day. The Czech authorities deprived them of financial powers acquired in the service of a totalitarian system. This paper aims to analyse the system of review procedures present under the Act of 11.09.2019 - the Law on Public Procurement, including applications for review and the appeal to the Polish Public Procurement Court, for the purposes of Polish practice of law. The analysis carried out here takes account of a number of decisions made by the Polish Public Procurement Office, by the domestic courts, and by the Court of Justice.

For centuries, funeral law was not too favourable to suicides. Admittedly, at the dawn of Christianity this group of the deceased was not refused religious funeral celebrations or a burial, yet, the situation changed along with the Catholic religion gaining significance. At the beginning of the Middle Ages, suicides were deprived of the right to a religious funeral. Furthermore, in the 11th century the ecclesiastical legislator forbade burial for suicides in “holy places.” Until modern times, therefore, suicides were buried at a distance from grave- yards. One of the most significant influences upon the process of creation of male/female spirituality was exerted by role models characteristic for the culture of Counter-Reformation. Issues concerning the baptism of the Polish state in 966 year has a wealthy literature. In this context, it is not surprising that the event of this magnitude takes pride of place in the pages of school textbooks.
