Untersuchungen zur Wirkung von Angiotensin II auf einen autorhythmischen glatten Gefäßmuskel (Pfortader der Ratte)

Die isolierte Pfortader der Ratte gehort zu den Gefaspraparaten, die in vitro eine mechanische Spontanrhythmik zeigen und auch elektronenmikroskopisch die Charakteristika solcher spontan aktiver glatter Gefasmuskeln aufweisen. Es wurde der Einflus von Angiotensin II (Val5-Angiotensin-II-Asp-β-amid) auf die Kontraktilitat und Autorhythmik gepruft. Angiostensin II fuhrt in einer Konzentration von 5×10−10 g/ml bereits zu einer signifikanten Zunahme der Kontraktionsamplitude, der Effekt ist bei einer Konzentration von 10−8 g/ml maximal. Correction of the unfavourable effects of vasopressin by nitroglycerin infusion

Nitroglycerin was administered with vasopressin to prevent adverse effects. Vasopressin 0.25U . 70 kg-1 min-1 was infused intravenously in four dogs for 40 minutes, when a venous infusion of nitroglycerin 1.2 micrograms . kg-1 . min-1 was added for 20 minutes. Nitroglycerin 1.2 micrograms . kg-1 . min-1 alone was infused intravenously in another four dogs for 40 minutes. The venous blood pressures (mesenteric and central) and arterial pressures (mesenteric and femoral), the electrocardiogram and arterio-venous difference were recorded. Nitroglycerin was shown to annul the unfavourable effects of vasopressin without altering its efficacy upon portal pressure.

Purpose: To develop a software tool that analyzes the anatomy of the portal vein branches and assigns segmental and subsegmental branches according to Couinaud's classification system and to evaluate its accuracy. Materials and Methods: The algorithm was developed in C++ on a PC. The algorithm recognizes the three major branching patterns of the portal vein. Segmental and subsegmental branches are assigned to 8 segments following Couinaud and encoded by 8 colors. The software was evaluated using CT data sets of 39 patients. Il contributo, redatto in forma di scheda critica, riguarda l'appalto per la costruzione di un portale marmoreo cinquecentesco, da innestare nel contesto dell'ala tardo quattrocentesca del palazzo senatorio di Palermo. Il documento inedito, cui è allegato un disegno prospettico acquarellato del portale, getta nuova luce sulla complessa storia del trecentesco palazzo di Città e, in particolare, sugli ampliamenti e "restauri" che lo interessarono nella seconda metà del XVI secolo. Il testo è corredato dalla trascrizione integrale del documento notarile del tempo.

W artykule przedstawiono koncepcyjne podstawy bezpieczeństwa w zakresie korzystania z sieci społecznościowych w edukacji na Ukrainie. Potwierdzono stanowisko, że tylko z wystarczającym stopniem kształcenia w tym wymiarze, edukacja nabywa nieprzerwanej formy i może skutecznie pełnić funkcję rozwoju aktualnych wartości dla narodu ukraińskiego i innych nacji. Podkreślono ideę potencjalnego wpływu sieci społecznych jako innowacyjnego narzędzia edukacyjnego wpływającego bezpośrednio lub pośrednio na bezpieczeństwo humanitarne państwa ukraińskiego.
