Ha previsto la possibilità di impugnare una sentenza definitiva di assoluzione per omicidio o crimini internazionali, qualora – in base a nuovi fatti o mezzi di prova – emergano “ragioni stringenti” per una condanna. La riforma ha già sollecitato dubbi di legittimità costituzionale e, per la sua rilevanza, suscita varie riflessioni.

The essay examines the complex issue of the division of powers between the State and the Regions according to Title V of the Constitution concerning health and safety at workplace. This division between the center and the periphery has been subject to a limited review by doctrine and jurisprudence expecially focusing on the regulation of labour market. The Author describes a multilevel system characterized by the presence of national and regional sources collective bargaining and codes of conduct. On the basis of a reconstruction of the regulatory framework and the judicial statements the paper proposes a dynamic reading of the relationship between center and periphery in which the axis of the system remains however anchored to the national jurisdiction along with important regulatory issues left to the regional legislation.Settore IUS/07 - Diritto Del Lavoro

DECORIN EFFECTS ON PROTEOMIC PROFILING OF BREAST CANCER CELLS: AN UPDATED STUDY

Among the studied molecules the decorin was found to exert a non-permissive effect on the growth and motility of the transfected tumor cells. The decorin belongs to the family of small leucine-rich proteoglycans (SLRP) and is involved physiologically in the fibrillogenesis of collagen. In the last few year a new anti-oncogenic role has been proposed for decorin1. This study aimed to implement the knowledge on the effects of ectopic decorin on breast cancer cells using as a reference point the results already achieved by our research group2 on the experimental model format. By breast cancer cell line 8701-BC and its transfected clone DEC-C2. The extension of the proteomic analysis combined with the mass spectrometry allowed to triplicate the number of identified proteins in our model. Among the newly identified proteins were members of the classes of metabolic enzymes S100 family and cell motility proteins which revealed a net decrease in the decorin transfected cells. Of considerable importance is the observation that these classes of proteins are the most involved in metastatic progression. These results confirm and reinforce the anti-oncogenic role hypothesized for decorin. The work was co-funded by the Italian 5x1000 to COBS.DECORIN

The pandemic crisis has accelerated the diffusion of learning environments characterized by the intensive use of technology. This novelty represents a transversal objective of the professionalization of the university teacher with a particular declination on the pedagogical-didactic-evaluation side as a strategic issue for the development of higher education. This paper presents the results of research conducted with 119 newly recruited university teachers and 20 Department Directors. The aim of the research was on the one hand to detect the perception of newly hired teachers related to their teaching metacognitive and evaluative skills with reference to distance learning to highlight specific characteristics that could have encouraged or hindered adaptation to this new condition. On the other hand through the qualitative research the aim has been to penetrate in depth the challenges posed by the digital revolution at University by carrying out 20 interviews with privileged witnesses who represent on the national scene agents of institutional change. L’ecografia è una metodica considerata sicura per i pazienti, in quanto non è stato dimostrato un possibile danno dovuto all’energia trasmessa dagli ultrasuoni ai tessuti del paziente, contrariamente alle metodiche che fanno uso di radiazioni ionizzanti, come la radiografia convenzionale e la tomografia computerizzata. The purpose of this work is to review the main applications of ultrasound-guided hip intervention al procedures describing the indications and methodology. Ultrasound is a method considered safe for patients as it has not been shown a possible damage due to ultrasound energy transmitted towards the patient's tissues as opposed to methods that make use of ionizing radiation such as conventional radiography and computed tomography. In addition ultrasound is quick and effective in guiding the needle to the desired location avoiding vascular and/or nerve structures thus enabling greater security compared to the techniques performed in interventional fluoroscopy which also have the disadvantage of a large delivery of ionizing radiation for both patient and operator. Several authors have described the main techniques of ultrasound-guided hip intervention and its various applications that can be both diagnostic (as in the case of joint fluid aspiration to assess the presence or absence of septic arthritis) and therapeutic (as in the case of drugs inoculations or evacuation of exceeding intra-articular fluid).

The Italian Method of la drammatica: its Legacy and Reception

The volume The Italian Method of la drammatica: its Legacy and Reception includes the long and complex investigation to identify the Italian acting-code system of the drammatica used by nineteenth-century Italian actors such as Adelaide Ristori Giovanni Grasso Tommaso Salvini Eleonora Duse. In particular their acting inspired Stanislavky who reformed twentieth-century stage. The declamatory code of the drammatica was composed by symbols for notation of voice and gesture which Italian actors marked in their prompt-books. The discovery of the drammatica’s code sheds new light on nineteenth-century acting. Having deciphered the phonetic symbols of the code Anna Sica has given birth an investigation with a group of outstanding scholars in an attempt to explore the drammatica’s legacy and its reception in Europe as well as in Asia. At this stage new evidence has emerged proving that for instance the symbol used by the drammatica actors to sign the colorito vocale was known to English actors in the second half of the nineteenth century. By noting how Adelaide Ristori passed on her art to Irving’s actress Genevieve Ward and how Stanislavsky almost aflame moulded his system from Duse’s acting an unexplored variety in the reception of the drammatica’s legacy is revealed.Settore L-ART/05 - Discipline Dello Spettacolo

This paper offers a reflection on the expected competencies identified through the formulation of the Dublin descriptors of the CdS in Education Sciences (L-19) and Primary Education Sciences (LM-85bis) established at the University of Palermo and in the same time to propose a model for the development of professional maturity necessary to ensure informed mature and responsible choices.
