Charity gardens are a proposal for social intervention, which may form part of social and labour active inclusion policies, within the structure of the territory, generating a social and economic system. This study examines the model of French garden created in Réseau Cocagne and compares this with the analysis of similar business cases found in Spain. The paper focuses on the importance of using traditional agricultural spaces in peri-urban areas, through being areas where several factors and functions converge, capable of generating social, economic and environmental wealth helping to promote social inclusion.

The hotel industry rhythms appear as a hindrance to staff loyalty and female careers development. However, two hotel networks of the Accor group, Etap Hotel and Formule 1 stand out from this general pattern with a presence of female managers (38% of managers). This case incites to wonder about career ladders within these budget hotel chains. Are the assets and the obstacles combined in the same way for men and for women? Which views have the employees and managers about their jobs, their working conditions and their plans for the future ?

Current situations, the European economic context, technological evolution, the opening of European labor market are allowing people to a higher mobility concerning personal career. Thus, the development of a European career can be a challenge for each of us, depending on personal choices and on the context and development of each person's life. Is European career a better solution for individual development? Is that professional perfection for each person? These are questions that I will try to answer in this study.

Abstract The current economic environment makes us acknowledge that the human factor is the most critical resource for all national economies which aspire to improve their competitiveness and innovativeness in a sustainable way. Talent is the engine of that and a growing number of countries have recognized the importance of talent competitiveness. This article aims to cast a light on this matter and to present the findings of the Global Talent Competitiveness Report form 2013 which shows us why “the war for talent” is a global one. Also, the article provides some guidelines for a deeper understanding of talent: how we can attract and retain the workforce of the future.

Many businesses acknowledge that they want to achieve the best possible employees in order to succeed in the markets in the near future. This study takes a stance on who these employees, the future talents, are and what do they value, especially from the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) point of view. L’objet de cet article est de questionner, dans une perspective historique, la manière dont l’État a organisé et a fait évoluer la formation des enseignants du début des années 1990 à nos jours. Il s’attache à mettre en lumière les ambitions qui ont présidé aux réformes et tente de montrer la manière dont le métier de formateur d’enseignants s’est constitué et a évolué.
