Framing Effects on Online Security Behavior

We conducted an incentivized lab experiment examining the effect of gain vs. loss-framed warning messages on online security behavior. We measured the probability of suffering a cyberattack during the experiment as the result of five specific security behaviors: choosing a safe connection, providing minimum information during the sign-up process, choosing a strong password, choosing a trusted vendor, and logging-out. A loss-framed message led to more secure behavior during the experiment. The experiment also measured the effect of trusting beliefs and cybersecurity knowledge. Trusting beliefs had a negative effect on security behavior, while cybersecurity knowledge had a positive effect.

La metodología utilizada combina técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas donde se examinan tres dimensiones que configuran las estrategias de la industria editorial: la tecnológica, la pedagógica y la comercial. Two species of freshwater Parastacidae (Cherax quadricarinatus and Cherax destructor) are used for breeding in several country and to date also in Italy in one aquaculture plant located near Catania (Sicily). Although they are Australian, they seem to have some of the peculiar properties that make it important, strategic and highly appreciated species for aquaculture facilities in Italy. In fact, they mature early, have multiple reproductive cycles in a year, females can lay over a thousand eggs in a single brood and seem to tolerate wide ranges of temperature (Haubrock et al., 2021). Tutkin tässä pro gradu -työssä nykynäytelmän omintakeisen poetiikan muodostumista maisema- ajattelun avulla. Maisema mahdollistaa kirjoittajan luovuuden. Maisema on jaettavissa mielenmaisemaan eli kirjoittajan omaan maisemaan, itse näytelmätekstistä löytyvään maisemaan ja teatteriesitykseen tähtäävään näyttämön maisemaan. Tutkin työssäni erityisesti kirjoittajan yksityistä mielenmaisemaa ja kirjoitusyön alla olevan näytelmätekstin itsenäistä maisemaa. The worldwide spread of obesity has not been matched by improved methods and strategies for tailored drug dosage in this population.
