Gramatiskās transformācijas Oskara Vailda pasaku tulkojumos krievu valodā

Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts, lai apzinātu gramatiskās pārmaiņas Oskara Vailda pasaku tulkojumiem uz krievu valodu. Tēma tika izvēlēta, jo pēdējā laikā, analizējot daiļliteratūras prozu tulkojumus no angļu valodas uz krievu valodu, mēs saskaramies ar daudzām nesakritībām, jo īpaši gramatikā. Šīs tēmas izvēli noteica nepieciešamība analizēt tieši šī žanra tulkojumus, kā arī konkrētā autora stilu. Gramatisko pārvērtību salīdzinošā analīze, kura tiek izmantota daiļliteratūras tulkošanā no angļu uz krievu valodu, šobrīd ir ļoti būtiska valodas apguvei, īpaši pasaku žanram. Rezultāts ir pierādīt, ka ar gramatisko pārmaiņu palīdzību, tulkotājs autentiski pauž tulkotā teksta nozīmi.
Moljēra komēdijas “Vidusšķiras augstmanis” tulkošanas stratēģijas

Maģistra darba mērķis ir iztulkot Moljēra muzikālo komēdiju “Vidusšķiras augstmanis” latviešu valodā un izanalizēt tulkošanas procesā lietotās tulkošanas stratēģijas. Ļoti maz Moljēra lugu ir tulkotas latviešu valodā, un neviens tulkojums nav veikts 21. gadsimtā, tāpēc šajā laukā ir plašas izpētes iespējas. Darbs sastāv no lugas tulkojuma un šī tulkojuma analīzes. Galvenās tulkojuma metodes ir teorētiskās literatūras analīze un tulkojuma teksta sistēmiska analīze. Depressive symptoms and long-term income: The Young Finns Study

Abstract Background Higher depressive symptoms have been associated with lower future income. However, studies examining this issue have had limited follow-up times and have used self-reported measures of income. Also, possible confounders or mediators have not been accounted. Methods 971 women and 738 men were selected from the ongoing prospective Young Finns Study (YFS) that began in 1980. Depressive symptoms were measured in 1992 when participants were from 15 to 30 years old. Information on annual income and earnings from 1993 to 2010 were obtained from the Finnish Longitudinal Employer-Employee Data (FLEED) of Statistics Finland and linked to the YFS. A burgeoning body of literature suggests that poor childhood health leads to adverse health outcomes. lower educational attainment and weaker labour market outcomes in adulthood. We focus on an important but under-researched topic, which is the role played by infection-related hospitalization (IRH) in childhood and its links to labour market outcomes later in life. Alternative measures of body composition and wage premium: New evidence from Indonesia

This paper examines the relationship between body composition and earnings in a developing country setting. We use body mass index, waist circumference and hip circumference. Exploiting the panel structure of our longitudinal survey, we find that along with BMI, waist circumference is related to higher earnings in Indonesia. peerReviewed

Abstract [W(N2O2)(HN2O2)] (H4N2O2 = N,N′-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2-phenylenediamine) with a noninnocent ligand was formed by reaction of the alkoxide precursor [W(eg)3] (eg = the 1,2-ethanediolate dianion) with two equivalents of ligand. The phenol groups on one of the ligands are completely deprotonated and the ligand coordinates in a tetradentate fashion, whereas the other ligand is tridentate with one phenol having an intact OH group. The molecular structure, magnetic measurements, EPR spectroscopy, and density functional theory calculations indicate that the complex is a stable radical with the odd electron situated on the tridentate amidophenoxide ligand. THE ARTICLE INTRODUCES AN EMPIRICAL APPROACH to studying music’s extrinsic meanings, based on the idea of musical topos as a set of musical entities that is delimited and furnished with meaning by extramusical associations in a listener population. The proposed methodology involves free, associative responses as well as responses on semantic variables addressing the imagery.
