Ocena mikrobiologiczna niepasteryzowanych soków owocowych i warzywnych

Celem pracy była ocena parametrów fizykochemicznych oraz mikrobiologicznych niepasteryzowanych soków owocowych i warzywnych podczas próby przechowalniczej. Analizie poddano takie parametry fizykochemiczne, jak: pH, kwasowość ogólną, gęstość względną oraz zawartość ekstraktu. W badaniach mikrobiologicznych określono ilość mikroorganizmów oraz przeprowadzono ocenę jakościową badanych soków. Przetrzymywanie otwartych soków przez jedną godzinę w temperaturze pokojowej nie wpłynęło istotnie na zmianę parametrów fizykochemicznych. W trakcie badań odnotowano wzrost ogólnej liczby drobnoustrojów, stwierdzono obecność bakterii grupy coli oraz bakterii rodzaju Pseudomonas. Nie stwierdzono obecności S…

This paper examines some examples (taken from research conducted over the years) that show students’ linguistic attitudes in geometry tasks. The examples are framed within the Theory of Objectification with reference to the notion of sensuous cognition, semiotic means of objectification and levels of generality. We show the struggle students live, at higher levels of generality, in intertwining natural language, specific language and the spontaneous use of geometrical figures, bound to perception and kinaesthetic activity. Maģistra darbs “Kodolieroču neizplatīšanas uzraudzības un pārbaudes mehānismi: Irānas (2002 – 2015) gadījuma analīze” analizē Irānas kodolprogrammas uzraudzību laika posmā no 2002. līdz 2015. gadam. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kāpēc Irānas kodolprogrammas statuss tiek regulāri apšaubīts. Darba teorētisko ietvaru veido kodolieroču neizplatīšanas režīma galveno komponentu analīze. Šī gadījuma analīzē tiek izmantotas kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodes – oficiālo ziņojumu, dokumentu un līgumu kontentanalīze, kā arī tiek veikta akadēmisko pētījumu izpēte.
