Kritiskā flikera fūzijas frekvence kā redzes noguruma indikators

Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, uz 32 lapaspusēm, satur 20 attēlus, 4 tabulas, atsaucas uz 17literatūras avotiem un ietver 2 pielikumus. Mērķis: noteikt kritiskās flikera fūzijas frekvences robežas izmaiņas pirms un pēc redzes noguruma. Metode: Eksperimenta dalībniekiem tika pārbaudīta kritiskās flikera fūzijas frekvences slieksnis pirms un pēc redzes noguruma. Nogurdināšanas pamatā ir darbs ar datoru divu stundu garumā. Rezultāti: KFF frekvence samazinās pēc redzes noguruma uzdevuma, labāki rezultāti tiek uzrādīti pie zaļās krāsas stimula. Electrochemical sensor for phosphate ions based on laser scriber reduced graphene oxide

This preliminary work shows a new and innovative way to produce laser scribed reduced graphene oxide (LSGO) electrodes using different porous substrates (ranging from paper to plastic and fabric). The obtained electrodes were also tested as electrochemical sensors towards the detection of phosphate ions in water. To obtain the electrodes, a water suspension of GO was filtered on top of substrate (such as Whatman® filter paper) and a complete sensor was obtained from its reduction using a CO2 laser. The electrode is composed of working and counter electrodes made of LSGO and a reference electrode of a Ag/AgCl obtained by using a commercial AgCl conductive paste. Phosphate ions were detected …

The role of colours and colour patterns in behavioural ecology has been extensively studied in a variety of contexts and taxa, while almost overlooked in many others. For decades anurans have been the focus of research on acoustic signalling due to the prominence of vocalisations in their communication. Much less attention has been paid to the enormous diversity of colours, colour patterns, and other types of putative visual signals exhibited by frogs. Deimatic displays, where sudden changes in prey appearance elicit aversive predator reactions, have been suggested to occur in many taxa. These (often only putative) displays frequently involve different components that may also serve antipredator functions via other mechanisms (e.g., mimicry, warning signalling, body inflation). Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 37 lapām, satur 5 attēlus, 4 grafikus un 2 pielikumus. Darba mērķis: novērtēt, cik ļoti nogurums spēj ietekmēt koncentrēšanās spējas un vārdu atpazīšanu, un kā izmainās atbildes sniegšanas laiks. Metode: tika izmantota datorrprogramma, kas sastāvejā no 192 vārdu pāriem. Tests tika pildīts no rīta un vakarā. Secinājumi: vidējais atbildes reakcijas laiks ir atšķirīgs dažādos diennakts laikos.
