Personības iezīmju saistība ar apmierinātību ar pāru attiecībām

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot apmierinātības ar pāru attiecībām saistību ar personības iezīmēm - pāriem, kas ir kopā 3-12 mēnešus. Pētījumā piedalījās 60 respondenti, 45 sievietes un 15 vīrieši, vecumā no 18 līdz 75 gadiem. Pētījumā tika izmantotas anketas Lielais Piecinieks (Big Five Inventory (BFI); Benet-Martinez & John, 1998) un Pāru Apmierinātības Indekss ((Couple Satisfaction Index) Funk, J.L., & Rogge, R.D., 2007). Pētījumā tika secināts, ka pastāv negatīva korelācija starp neirotismu un apmierinātību ar pāru attiecībām. Career experts’ conceptions of innovation in career development

AbstractThis article reports the findings from a phenomenographic investigation into career experts’ conceptions of innovation in career development. The results show that conceptions of innovation in career development varied from (1) initiating service, (2) developing demographic-based programmes, (3) professionalising the sector to (4) exploiting cross-sectoral synergies. The findings give us a more profound understanding of critical aspects that may have an important role in improving innovation in career development.

Synthesis of a new group of hybrid phosphonodehydropeptides composed of glycyl-(Z)-dehydrophenylalanine and structurally variable aminophosphonates alongside with investigations of their activity towards cathepsin C are presented. Obtained results suggest that the introduction of (Z)- dehydrophenylalanine residue into the short phosphonopeptide chain does induce the ordered conformation. Investigated peptides appeared to act as weak or moderate inhibitors of cathepsin C.
Two- and three-pion quantum statistics correlations in Pb-Pb collisions at root S-NN=2.76 TeV at the CERN Large Hadron Collider

[Introduction] Correlations induced by quantum statistics are sensitive to the spatiotemporal extent as well as dynamics of particle-emitting sources in heavy-ion collisions. In addition, such correlations can be used to search for the presence of a coherent component of pion production. Two- and three-pion correlations of same and mixed charge are measured at low relative momentum to estimate the coherent fraction of charged pions in Pb-Pb collisions at √ s N N = 2 . 76 TeV at the CERN Large Hadron Collider with ALICE. The genuine three-pion quantum statistics correlation is found to be suppressed relative to the two-pion correlation based on the assumption of fully chaotic pion emission. …
The implementation of new special education legislation in Finland

This article examines the implementation of new special education legislation in Finland among students with significant disabilities. The data consist of a nationwide survey and field observations. In the analysis, a policy implementation framework is utilized as a theoretical lens. The findings suggest that schools and municipalities that had participated in long-term development projects had more capacity and willingness to reform special education practices substantially, suggesting that learning in one policy area can transfer to other domains across multiple levels of national and local governments. Interaction between candidates and constituents via social media is a well-studied domain. The article takes this research further through a synthesis with platform studies, emerging scholarship that applies a critical perspective to the role of digital platforms in society. Examination of candidate–constituent interaction via Twitter and Facebook during the 2015 Finnish parliamentary elections revealed that the types of interaction differ between the two platforms: Facebook was used for formal campaigning and for praising and expressing support, while Twitter was utilized for information and for seeking and sharing opinions. Doświadczanie migracji w opisach polskich imigrantów

Wykorzystane w niniejszym tekście dane są efektem badań przeprowadzonych w 2013 i 2014 r. Badania pozwoliły na ukazanie indywidualnego rozumienia sytuacji migracji przez jej uczestników. Wypowiedzi bezpośrednich aktorów społecznych, jakimi są migranci, pomogły zilustrować migrację jako socjologiczny fenomen, w którym można zaobserwować aktualnie zachodzące szersze zmiany społeczne.
