Dynamics and extraction of quantum discord in a multipartite open system

We consider a multipartite system consisting of two noninteracting qubits each embedded in a single-mode leaky cavity, in turn connected to an external bosonic reservoir. Initially, we take the two qubits in an entangled state while the cavities and the reservoirs have zero photons. We investigate, in this six-partite quantum system, the transfer of quantum discord from the qubits to the cavities and reservoirs. We show that this transfer occurs also when the cavities are not entangled. Moreover, we discuss how quantum discord can be extracted from the cavities and transferred to distant systems by traveling leaking photons, using the input-output theory.

Relational dynamics and profile of power. French candidacies of Winter Olympics 2018 The main contribution of this research is to propose a tool to understand the importance of the dynamic relation in the situation of a candidacy to an international sport event. Olympic Games by their financial, media, sports effects... facilitate the emergence of a multiplicity of candidacies. To control the phases of selection and organization the International Olympic Committee maintains relations of closeness with cities pretenders. The results allow to verify that the dynamic relation have an impact on the selection of the city be candidate.
Pāra attiecību kvalitātes saistība ar konfliktu risināšanas stiliem sievietēm un vīriešiem

Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt, vai pastāv saistība starp pāra attiecību kvalitāti un konfliktu risināšanas stiliem pāra attiecībās sievietēm un vīriešiem. Izpētē piedalījās 96 respondenti vecumā no 25 – 35 gadiem, iedalot sieviešu (n=66; SD=2,93) un vīriešu (n=30; SD=2,30) grupu. Pētījums ir neeksperimentāls, korelatīvi aprakstošs. Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda saistība pastāv starp bērnības piesaistes attiecību un dzīvesspēka raksturojošiem faktoriem jauniešu vecumā. Pētījuma jautājums ir kādas saistības pastāv starp bērnības piesaistes attiecību un dzīvesspēku raksturojošiem faktoriem jauniešu vecumā. Pētījumā piedalījās 53 dalībnieki, no tiem 45 sievietes un 8 vīrieši, vecumā no 18 līdz 25 gadiem, kuriem bērnības piesaistes attiecības tika pētītas, izmantojot Vecāku un vienaudžu piesaistes aptauju (The Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment, Armsden & Greenberg, 1987. Adolescents’ and mothers’ temperament types and their roles in early adolescents’ socioemotional functioning

The present study examined adolescents’ and mothers’ temperament types and their roles in the socioemotional functioning of early adolescents. A total of 869 sixth-grade students and 668 mothers participated in the study. The students rated their temperament and socioemotional functioning and the mothers rated their own temperament. Latent profile analyses identified four temperament types among the adolescents (resilient, reserved, average, and mixed) and three types among the mothers (resilient, average, and mixed). Akateemisen koulutuksen ja työelämän välisen yhteistyön luomat mahdollisuudet asiantuntijuuden kehittymiselle ovat ajankohtaisen keskustelun kohteena. Varhaiskasvatuksen opiskelijoiden ohjattu harjoittelu on perinteinen koulutuksen ja työelämän yhteistyön muoto ja keskeinen opettajaopiskelijoiden oppimisen konteksti.
