A partire dalla considerazione del ruolo che il principio di territorialità riveste nel diritto penale, il contributo sviluppa una rapida riflessione sui rapporti tra cosmopolitismo giuridico e diritto penale e si interroga sui possibili influssi che le teorie sul fondamento universalistico dei diritti umani possono esercitare sul sistema penale stato-centrico.

Šis bakalaura darbs pēta leksiski stilistiskos paņēmienus un to lomu reklāmā, sevišķi drukātās automašīnu reklāmās. Autors apkopo literatūru par stilistiskajiem paņēmieniem un to klasifikācijām, reklāmām un diskursa analīzi, kā arī veic kvalitatīvu pētījumu diskursa analīzes formā. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt leksiski stilistisko paņēmienu lietojumu reklāmās un izprast tā iemeslus. La percepción en las aulas universitarias de la inclusión de una lengua extranjera como experiencia de innovación didáctica

La adaptación al EEES conlleva, entre otros cambios, el fomento de la movilidad de los estudiantes. Ello implica que en la docencia se contemple el papel que representa, como competencia transversal, el dominio de otras lenguas, a fin de competir con estudiantes de otros países europeos. Este artículo es resultado de un proyecto de innovación didáctica en el que planteamos, junto a otras actividades, realizar una encuesta a los estudiantes sobre percepción del dominio de lenguas extranjeras e importancia concedida para su futuro profesional. Los resultados muestran una brecha importante que lleva a plantear medidas que consigan acercar el grado de importancia al de dominio.
Processing limitations in L2 fluency: Analysis of inaccuracies in lexical access

Oral fluency is widely included in second language assessments, but its relationship to language proficiency is not straightforward. In the current study, data gathered in an experimental setting were examined with an exploratory fluency analysis. The aim was to examine the relationship between fluency of lexical access and proficiency in foreign language (L2). Fluency of the lexical access was studied by analysing inaccuracies in one word recognition and one word retrieval task.
