Fiksācijas disparitāte un konverģences nepietiekamība.

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts angļu valodā uz 47 lapām, tas satur 19 attēlus, 14 tabulas un 51 atsauci uz literatūras avotiem. Mērķis bija novērtēt fiksācijas disparitātes saistību ar konverģences nepietiekamību. Pētījumam bija divas daļas: 1. grupā bija 5 dalībnieki ar konverģences nepietiekamību, kas veica 12 nedēļu ilgu redzes terapiju, lai izvērtētu tās ietekmi uz binokulārajām funkcijām, lasīšanas ātrumu, CISS vērtējumu un fiksācijas disparitāti; 2. grupā bija 51 dalībnieks, kuri aizpildīja CISS aptauju un veica fiksācijas disparitātes mērījumus, lai izvērtētu šo divu parametru saistību. Šis diplomdarbs pēta pirms lasīšanas uzdevumu ietekmi uz vārdu krājuma paplašināšanu un lasīšanas izpratni. Tā mērķis ir izstrādāt pirms lasīšanas papildu uzdevumus un izpētīt, kā tie veicina skolēnu sasniegumus vārdu krājuma uzlabošanā. Teorētiskā daļa ir vērsta uz teorijām par ciešu savstarpējo saistību starp lasīšanu un vārdu krājuma pārzināšanu. Empīriskā daļa apraksta gadījumu izpētes rezultātus. Datu vākšanas rīki parādīja priekšrocības, ko sniedz papildu pirms lasīšanas pasākumi studentu grupām, kas bija iesaistītas eksperimentā, salīdzinot ar studentiem, kuri izmantoja tikai mācību grāmatu materiālus. Research Findings: The purpose of the present study was to examine the extent to which the quality of teacher–child interactions and teachers’ self-reported curriculum emphases are related to children’s reading skill development during their 1st school year. To accomplish this, we assessed the reading skills of 1,029 Finnish children (M age = 85.77 months) twice during Grade 1, and the children’s teachers (n = 91) completed questionnaires concerning their literacy-related curriculum emphases. Lasīšanas prasmes tiek izmantotas, lai iegūtu un saglabātu informāciju un zināšanas. Tādēļ diplomdarba autore domā, ka skolēnu lasīšanas prasmes vajadzētu attīstīt sākumskolas angļu valodas stundās, piedaloties ievada uzdevumos. Sponges (phylum Porifera) represent the evolutionarily oldest metazoans that comprise already a complex immune system and are related to the crown taxa of the protostomians and the deuterostomians. Here, we demonstrate the existence of a tachylectin-related protein in the demosponge Suberites domuncula, termed Suberites lectin. The MAPK pathway was activated in response to lipopolysaccharide treatment of the three-dimensional cell aggregates, the primmorphs; this process was abolished by the monosaccharide D-GlcNAc. Abstract This descriptive study sought to understand the complexities of integrative processing during collaborative online reading. Student pairs constructed a collaborative understanding while reading online information about a controversial issue by connecting, combining and organizing information that originated from prior knowledge, self-selected online texts, and discussions during an online inquiry task. Diplomdarbs „Ārpusklases lasīšanas uzdevumi 8. klases skolēnu mudināšanai lasīt angļu valodā” tika izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt problēmu par skolēnu pamudināšanu lasīt angļu valodā. Tas bija nepieciešams, jo skolēni var gūt ievērojamus labumus no patstāvīgas lasīšanas, kļūstot par prasmīgākiem un pārliecinātākiem valodas lietotājiem. Tā kā mūsdienās pusaudži arvien vairāk pavada brīvo laiku pie datora vai televizora grāmatu lasīšanas vietā, diplomdarba mērķis bija izpētīt kā ārpusklases lasīšanas uzdevumu pielietošana mācību procesā var pamudināt skolēnus lasīt angļu valodā.
