Nel contributo in oggetto l'autore, muovendo dalla decisione delle Sezioni Unite della Cassazione n. 61 del 7 gennaio 2014, coglie l'occasione per riesaminare le vecchie e nuove problematiche sottese all’intervento dei creditori nel processo esecutivo. Independent component analysis (ICA) on group-level voxel-based morphometry (VBM) produces the coefficient matrix and the component matrix. The former contains variability among multiple subjects for further statistical analysis, and the latter reveals spatial maps common for all subjects. ICA algorithms converge to local optimization points in practice and the mostly applied stability investigation approach examines the stability of the extracted components. We found that the practically stable components do not guarantee to produce the practically stable coefficients of ICA decomposition for the further statistical analysis. Pētījumā tiek aplūkotas šausmu literatūras galvenās iezīmes no literārā un lingvistikas viedokļa un to tulkojums no franču valodas latviešu valodā. Galvenie jautājumi: kādi ir galvenie elementi, kas šausmu literatūra piedalās baiļu radīšanā, tulkošanas stratēģijas, kas izmantotas to tulkošanā, to lietošanas ieguvumi un zaudējumi? Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no 5 nodaļām, kas veltītas konkrētajā pētniecības jomā svarīgāko zinātnisko darbu apskatei. Praktiskajā daļa tika analizēti 6 literārie darbi, no kuriem analīzei iegūti 113 fragmenti, no tiem 12 iekļauti pētījumā, lai pārstāvētu kopējos datus. Cluny III was the greatest abbey of the Christendom until the construction of Saint-Peters of Roma in the 17th century. Unfortunately, the Order of Cluny was broke up with the French revolution, and the church became a stone pit carry. Until 2010, for the commemoration of the Cluny foundation, a great restoration yard has begun. It is composed of two parts: Hézelon which is the restoration and development program for the patrimony of Cluny; and Gunzo, which is a research assembly on new image technologies, for knowledge and valorisation of the site. To facilitate the comprehension of this patrimony, and to allow the public to access its past, augmented reality features had been developed.

Abstract Microbial communities grow more stably when they are associated to surfaces or organized in aggregates. This advantage of biofilms is technically exploited for the degradation of xenobiotics or in biocatalysis, where the fixed biomass has the added advantage of easier separation of excreted products. Whereas the biothermodynamic analysis of growth and product formation of suspended cells is developing fast, there are only few reports on the calorimetric analysis and biothermodynamic interpretation of biofilm evolution.
