The actinomycete Nonomuraea produces the glycopeptide A40926, precursor of dalbavancin. Dalbavancin is a novel lipoglycopeptide agent against emerging resistant Gram-positive cocci with superior pharmacodynamics properties compared to vancomycin. Chemically, a glycopeptide antibiotic consists of a heptapeptide core constituted by proteinogenic and nonproteinogenic amino acids such as 3,5-dihydroxyphenylglycine (DPG) and 4-hydroxyphenylglycine (HPG). Poco rilevanti, al contrario, sono stati gli interventi in materia di liberalizzazione e di decentramento delle funzioni amministrative. Non si registrano progressi rilevanti in relazione alle politiche di privatizzazione. Šī darba mērķis bija izpētīt glicerīna transportsistēmu un Hog1p iespējamo lomu raugu šūnu dzīvotspējas saglabāšanā anhidrobiozes stāvoklī. The EU Directive 2020/1828 is the arrival point of a troubled harmo-nization process on collective techniques for consumers’ protection, no longer limited to injunctive measures but also extended to redress ones. The essay focuses on the two provisions dedicated, respec-tively, to the binding effects of jurisdictional/ administrative decisions as well as to the exhibition orders. Cytotoxic necrotizing factor type 2 (CNF2) produced by Escherichia coli strains isolated from intestinal and extraintestinal infections is a dermonecrotic toxin of 110 kDa. We cloned the CNF2 gene from a large plasmid carried by an Escherichia coli strain isolated from a lamb with septicemia. Hydropathy analysis of the deduced amino acid sequence revealed a largely hydrophilic protein with two potential hydrophobic transmembrane domains. The N-terminal half of CNF2 showed striking homology (27% identity and 80% conserved residues) to the N-terminal portion of Pasteurella multocida toxin. An early input for D-V polarity is given by a redox gradient probably generated by an asymmetrical distribution of maternal mitochondria (1). Only on the future ventral side, the oxidizing environment induces the expression of the nodal gene, an essential regulator of D-V polarization (2). Celem opracowania jest wskazanie na rolę instytucji w kreowaniu lokalnych (regionalnych) biobiznesów. Lokalne biobiznesy opierają się na unikatowym wykorzystaniu zarówno standardowych, jak i specyficznych zasobów terytoriów, w których są zakładane. Analizę przeprowadzono z wykorzystaniem trzech wymiarów transformacji europejskiego modelu rolnictwa: regulacji środowiskowych, dyfuzji wiedzy i informacji oraz powiązań międzyorganizacyjnych i społecznych.
