Tiesiskās aizsardzības procesu regulējošais Maksātnespējas likums ir vairākkārt grozīts kopš tā pieņemšanas, bet vēlamo rezultātu, t.i. ievērojamu skaitu komersantu, kas izbeidzot tiesiskās aizsardzības procesu, atjauno maksātspēju, nav sniedzis. Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts par tēmu „Agresīvas uzvedības izpausmju novēršana pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem”. Pētījuma aktualitāti nosaka mūsdienu sabiedrība, pirmsskolas, skolas sociālā vide. Šajās vidēs vairāk ir novērojama agresīva uzvedība, attieksmes, un empātijas samazināšanās. Bieži vien šadas izmaiņas nosaka ģimene un vide, kurā bērns augs un mācās. Darba mērķis ir izzināt bērnu agresīvas uzvedības izpausmju novēršanas iespējas pirmsskolas vecumā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Spectral characterization of laser-accelerated protons with CR-39 nuclear track detector

CR-39 nuclear track material is frequently used for the detection of protons accelerated in laser-plasma interactions. The measurement of track densities allows for determination of particle angular distributions, and information on the kinetic energy can be obtained by the use of passive absorbers. We present a precise method of measuring spectral distributions of laser-accelerated protons in a single etching and analysis process. We make use of a one-to-one relation between proton energy and track size and present a precise calibration based on monoenergetic particle beams. Accelerating H.264 inter prediction in a GPU by using CUDA

H.264/AVC defines a very efficient algorithm for the inter prediction but it takes too much time. With the emergence of General Purpose Graphics Processing Units (GPGPU), a new door has been opened to support this video algorithm into these small processing units. In this paper, a forward step is developed towards an implementation of the H.264/AVC inter prediction algorithm into a GPU using Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA). The results show a negligible rate distortion drop with a time reduction on average up to 93.6%.

As we move from an information-based to a knowledge-based society, the need for reengineering, retraining and restructuring is emerging. Online programme development/enhancement requires experience and planning. Testing of Execution of Concurrent Processes

Authors propose an algorithm for analysis of business processes to detect potentially incorrect results of concurrent processes execution. Our novel approach is to conclude necessary database isolation level from business process description. If traditional languages with loops and arithmetic operations (two-way counters) are used for business process descriptions, the problem of detecting incorrect execution of concurrent processes cannot be algorithmically solved. An implicitly parallel EDA based on restricted boltzmann machines

We present a parallel version of RBM-EDA. RBM-EDA is an Estimation of Distribution Algorithm (EDA) that models dependencies between decision variables using a Restricted Boltzmann Machine (RBM). In contrast to other EDAs, RBM-EDA mainly uses matrix-matrix multiplications for model estimation and sampling. Hence, for implementation, standard libraries for linear algebra can be used. This allows an easy parallelization and leads to a high utilization of parallel architectures. The probabilistic model of the parallel version and the version on a single core are identical.
