Pētījuma aktualitāte: Apakšstilba vai pēdas pēcoperācijas sāpju mazināšanai multimodālas analgēzijas ietvaros tiek veikta n.ischiadicus blokāde. Tā kā lokālo anestētiķu darbības ilgums ir samērā īss, tiek veikti pētījumi par deksametazonu kā adjuvantu blokādes ilguma pagarināšanai. Mēs vēlamies Latvijā izpētīt deksametazona iedarbību uz n.ischiadicus bloka analgētiskās darbības ilgumu. Mērķis: Samazināt sāpes pacientiem pēc apakšstilba vai pēdas operācijām, pagarinot n.ischiadicus bloka analgētisko darbību, izmantojot deksametazonu kā adjuvantu. In this thesis relations between neutrino mixing matrix and quark mixing matrix are studied. The focus of the analysis is on two simple cases. In the first case it is assumed that the left matrix that diagonalizes the mass matrix of charged leptons and the corresponding matrix of down quarks are equal. In the second case it is likewise assumed that the corresponding diagonalizing matrices of neutrinos and up quarks are equal. First, theoretical concepts related to the mixing of quarks and especially to the mixing of neutrinos are presented. Niniejszy artykuł jest poświęcony problematyce samooceny nierówności poziomu konsumpcji na wsi w Polsce jako podstawowej determinanty poziomu życia. Celem zaprezentowanych w nim badań była próba identyfikacji zróżnicowania subiektywnych ocen poziomu życia gospodarstw domowych na wsi oraz porównania ich z wybranymi obiektywnymi charakterystykami sytuacji materialnej tych podmiotów. Jako najbardziej reprezentatywny wskaźnik sytuacji materialnej gospodarstwa domowego przyjęto poziom wydatków konsumpcyjnych. Darbs ir veltīts nestriktām secinājumu sistēmām un to lietojumiem ekonomiskā rakstura uzdevumu risināšanai. Bakalaura darbā tika izveidota un aprobēta uz nestriktās loģikas balstītā lēmumu pieņemšanas sistēma nodokļu samaksas termiņa pagarinājuma pieteikumu novērtēšanai. Darba gaitā tika veikta datu analīze, definēta sistēmas hierarhiskā struktūra un uzdota kārtulu bāze. Uzbūvētais modelis ļaus optimizēt Valsts ieņēmumu dienesta nodokļu samaksas termiņa pagarinājumu piešķiršanas procesu, paaugstinot pareizā lēmuma pieņemšanas precizitāti un paātrinot iesnieguma izskatīšanas procesu.

A key issue for high-resolution frequency-modulation atomic force microscopy imaging in liquids is minimizing the frequency noise, which requires a detailed analysis of the corresponding noise contributions. In this paper, we present a detailed description for modifying a commercial atomic force microscope (Bruker MultiMode V with Nanoscope V controller), aiming at atomic-resolution frequency-modulation imaging in ambient and in liquid environment. Care was taken to maintain the AFMs original stability and ease of operation. The new system builds upon an optimized light source, a new photodiode and an entirely new amplifier. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin ja vertailtiin nuorten ja kokeneiden opettajien kokemuksia opet-tajuuden vaikutuksista vapaa-aikaan. Opettajuuden vaikutuksia vapaa-aikaan on tutkittu vähän, joten tutkimuksemme tuottaa uutta tietoa. Tutkimuksessamme oli mukana yhteensä kymmenen tutkittavaa, joista viisi oli nuoria ja viisi kokeneita opettajia. Kummatkin ryhmät koostuivat joukosta luokan-, erityis- ja aineenopettajia, Keski-, Etelä- ja Itä-Suomen alueil-ta. Määrittelimme nuoret opettajat alle viisi vuotta ja kokeneet opettajat yli kymmenen vuotta työelämässä toimineiksi henkilöiksi.
