Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pētīt 2021. gada administratīvi teritoriālās reformas pieņemšanas problemātiku, analizējot sagatavošanos reformai, tās pieņemšanu Saeimā, kā arī tās apstrīdēšanu Satversmes tiesā. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, autors pēta un analizē priekšnosacījumus iepriekšējās reformas turpināšanas nepieciešamībai, pašvaldību attieksmi pret jauno reformu, likumdošanas īpatnības reformas laikā, kā arī Satversmes tiesas atziņas un likumdevēja rīcību, nodrošinot Satversmes tiesas lēmumu izpildi. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā autors izvirza secinājumus par priekšnoteikumiem, kas nākotnē varētu atvieglot reformu pieņemšanas un īstenošanas procesu.

Im Rahmen dieser Doktorarbeit wird das hallstattzeitliche Keramikgeschirr von der Mitte des VI. bis zum Ende des V. Jahrhunderts im östlichen Zentralfrankreich untersucht (Île-de-France, südliche Champagne, nördliche Bourgogne).Da Keramikbeigaben aus Gräbern weitgehend fehlen, konzentriert sich unsere Untersuchung auf Fundzusammenhänge aus Siedlungen. Dank des konsequenten Zugriffs der Präventivarchäologie hat sich in diesem Bereich in den letzten 30 Jahren die Dokumentation stark vermehrt. We propose a conceptual and graphical model of the territory built from an empirical intuitive and deductive approach of systemic paradigm of territorialization. This model is based on an individualized approach before being extended to the collective level. It is first seen in the context of the evolution of the concept in scientific thinking. Then, we introduce it in understanding the dynamics of the territory, under the paradigm of territorial intelligence, through observation and observatories that we adapt to the context of governance systems at different scales.

This has been a topic that engaged the proposed research team for several years, particularly in the frame of two European projects, Archeomedes I & II, during the 1990s (Van der Leeuw S., Favory F., Fiches J.- L.
