The author analyses the rules of jurisdiction by connection set by Articles 4 and 5 of Regulations No. 1103 and 1104 of 2016 in matters of property regimes of transnational couples, taking into account the objective of proper administration of justice pursued within EU Civil judicial cooperation. The Twin Regulations provide for appropriate procedural tools to facilitate concentration of jurisdiction before the courts of the same Member State, establishing an important role for the choice-of-court agreement, especially where property regime issues arise in connection with a matrimonial case or a partnership dissolution case. Family-teachers relationships through digital tools: analyses and proposals

La investigación exploratoria analiza las relaciones digitales entre docentes y familias en diez centros educativos de las provincias de Barcelona y Girona. La investigación recoge y analiza las diferentes herramientas digitales a través del análisis de documentos y de entrevistas semiestructuradas. El estudio muestra que la introducción de las TIC no ha conllevado cambios sustanciales ni en el qué ni en el cómo de las prácticas y las relaciones entre familias y docentes. Finalmente, partiendo de dicho análisis, se plantean pistas y propuestas de mejora en las actuales relaciones digitales entre docentes y familias.
A dual channel sulphur-containing a macrocycle functionalised BODIPY probe for the detection of Hg(II) in a mixed aqueous solution

We report herein the synthesis and chromo-fluorogenic behaviour of a new probe 1 containing a boron-dipirromethene (BODIPY) unit electronically connected with a dithia-dioxa-aza macrocycle. Acetonitrile and water-acetonitrile 95:5 v/v solutions of the probe showed an ICT band in the visible zone and are nearly non-emissive. When acetonitrile was used as solvent, addition of Hg(II) and trivalent metal cations induced an hypsochromic shift of the absorption band and moderate emission enhancements. This thesis explains the legal framework in the Archipelago of Svalbard with an emphasis on the Loophole area. The author will answer the question on what is regulating the Svalbard archipelago and can Norway claim exclusive rights over snow crab. Snow Crab as a resource residing also in the Loophole area has already attracted attention and brought two fishing ships before the Supreme Court of Norway. This thesis explains how the situation has evolved by giving the historical background of the area of Svalbard, provide an overview of the current legal framework, lastly, a case law analyses.
