Si le problème de la résistance des bactéries aux antibiotiques (antibiorésistance) est depuis longtemps connu dans le domaine scientifique, on assiste aujourd’hui à une phase de reconnaissance politique du problème. L’auteure analyse la publicisation des liens entre l’antibiorésistance et l’alimentation aux États-Unis. Cette étude s’inscrit dans une réflexion pragmatiste de constitution des problèmes publics et s’enrichit des outils issus de l’analyse de discours. As such they have revealed that Fc gamma receptor (Fc gamma R)I and Fc gamma RIII-mediated uptake of L. major amastigotes by dendritic cells (DC) is an important prerequisite for Th1 development. La tesis que se presenta lleva por título: “Derivados de [1,2,3]triazolo[1,5a]quinolina y [1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a] piridina. Interacción con ADN. Actividad fotonucleasa. Potenciales aplicaciones como anti-tumorales o agentes leishmanicidas”. Se ha sintetizado una serie de compuestos monocatiónicos y dicatiónicos derivados de la [1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]quinolina, obteniéndose monosales y disales de triazoloquinolinio. Se ha estudiado la capacidad de estas sales de interaccionar con ADN, y de dar complejos de intercalación con él. Tourism Activity of Member States and Romania's Place within the First Five Years after EU Accession

Abstract This paper is a brief statistical analysis of the evolution of tourism in the EU-27 in the first five years after Romania's accession. The analysis was based on official data published by Eurostat regarding the tourist accommodation capacity by categories, the number of arrivals and overnight stays of tourists and non-residents. I highlighted each time Romania's place within Member States, preferring graphics that are more suggestive than synthetic data tables. In conclusions I have highlighted the changes occurred in Romania, far from those expected after five years as a member of the European Union.
In vitro evaluation of leishmanicidal properties of a new family of monodimensional coordination polymers based on diclofenac ligand

Some series of isostructural chains with general formula [M(diclof)(HO)]·(EtOH) have been obtained from reaction between diclofenac ligand (diclof) and first row transition salts (M = Mn (1),Ni (2) and Co (3)). These monodimensional coordination polymers have been characterized and their crystal structures have been solved by X-ray diffraction methods, elucidating isostructural compounds that are chains with water molecules acting as bridge between different metallic centers, while diclofenac ligands are coordinated to the octahedral coordination environment of the same. Pentamidine (Pent), an antiparasitic drug used for the treatment of visceral leishmaniasis, has been modified with terminal azide groups and conjugated to two different polymer backbones (PLGA-PEG [PP] copolymer and hyaluronic acid [HA]) armed with alkyne end-groups. The conjugation has been performed by Copper Catalyzed Azido Alkyne Cycloaddition (CuAAC) using CuSO4 /sodium ascorbate as metal source. Napisania niniejszego artykułu podjęto się z uwagi na istniejący od czasu wprowadzenia ustawy o dozorze elektronicznym (2007 r.) problem stosowania kary pozbawienia wolności w systemie dozoru elektronicznego w praktyce. W Polsce z systemu dozoru elektronicznego korzysta obecnie jedynie około 30% całkowitej przewidzianej do odbywania kary w ten sposób liczby skazanych. Pomimo funkcjonowania od 12 lat ustawa wciąż wymaga poprawek. Za podstawowe dwa problemy uznaje się dużą liczbę odrzuconych wniosków o zastosowanie dozoru elektronicznego (w tym również umorzonych postępowań) oraz wnioskowy charakter tego systemu.
