Redzes asuma, refrakcijas un radzenes biezuma izmaiņas dažādās keratokonusa stadijās pēc kroslinkinga operācijas

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 26 lappusēm, satur 16 attēlus, 4 tabulas un atsauces uz 28 literatūras avotiem. Mērķis: analizēt kroslinkinga rezultātus dažādās keratokonusa stadijās. Metode: noteikt labāko iespējamo koriģēto refrakcijas korekciju, nekoriģēto redzes asumu un radzenes biezumu. Rezultāti: statistiski nozīmīga atšķirība ir I pakāpes keratokonusa pacientu nekoriģētajam redzes asumam (P=0,029), visu pacientu vidējām pahimetrijas izmaiņām (P=0,004), I pakāpes pacientu sfēriskā ekvivalenta izmaiņām (P=0,045). Ievads: Pateicoties mūsdienu tehnoloģijām iespējams noteikt radzenes biomehāniskos parametrus, kurus klīniski var pielietot daudziem mērķiem. Piemēram, tādējādi iespējams diagnosticēt radzenes ektātiskās slimības jau to agrīnajās stadijās, proti, pirms parādās klīniskie simptomi un izmaiņas topogrāfijā, tostarp uzraudzīt slimības gaitu, izvērtēt terapijas efektivitāti, kā arī izvairīties no keratektāzijas pēc refraktīvās ķirurģijas. This work presents the capabilities of a model, i.e. the tRIBS-VEGGIE-Landslide, in two different versions, i.e. developed within a probabilistic framework and coupled with a root cohesion module. The probabilistic model treats geotechnical and soil retention curve parameters as random variables across the basin and estimates theoretical probability distributions of slope stability and the associated “factor of safety” commonly used to describe the occurrence of shallow landslides. Catchment slope distribution significantly controls rainfall-triggered landslide modeling, in both direct and indirect ways. Slope directly determines the soil volume associated with instability. Indirectly, it affects the subsurface lateral redistribution of soil moisture across the basin, which in turn determines the water pore pressure conditions that impact slope stability. It is thus clear that the accuracy in reproducing slope distribution may be crucial in slope stability analysis. Bažas par jau tā paaugstināto onkoloģisko slimību risku reimatisko slimību pacientiem liek aizdomāties par to, vai bioloģiskiem medikamentiem ir ietekme uz šo risku un vai terapija ietekmē izmaiņas vairogdziedzerī un vēdera dobuma orgānos, ko var izvērtēt ar ultrasonoskopijas metodi.
