Historicising Cultural Sport Psychology : Dare we De-centre Methodological Eurocentrism?

In this essay we critically reflect on our respective journeys to and within cultural sport psychology (CSP). Since the inception, CSP scholars have advocated for opening the privileged academic space for marginalised voices and omitted subject themes; as well as cautioned researchers that the CSP project itself needs to be constantly revisited and reworked to keep it in progressive flux. We argue that, despite some notable advances, CSP remains a predominantly white Anglo-American intellec-tual space and that previous calls to engage with issues of power and privilege in the prevailing knowledge production have been largely unanswered. Psychology, differences & inequalities: limits & possibilities of a feminist gender perspective

In this paper I propose some reflections on the role of gender perspective in the construction of the psychological knowledge, examining the implications and limitations of some of the lines developed up to the moment in this area to the treatment of differences and to answer to questions of inequality, to finally suggest some proposals to tackle the study of gender power relations and the construction of critical knowledges which could encourage the advance towards equality and social justice.

<p>It is not more than 5 years since legal clinics were founded in Italian Universities: a very recent history indeed and similar to that of other Western European countries. I will try to explain this through some data collected by an inquiry that I ran in order to have a more detailed map of this phenomena and to conjecture its future evolution.</p><p>In the following paragraphs I will present the data inquiry and I will try to explain the process of establishing the Italian movement for legal education, its options and challenges.</p><p>It is worth pointing out why I use the term “movement”. Con el presente artículo se buscó esclarecer si el fomento a las cooperativas financieras en atención a su función de social, actividades y características, es congruente con el tratamiento tributario para la imposición a la renta, que se otorga en Argentina, Colombia y España. Para tal efecto, se recurrió a teóricos que proponen incorporar incentivos en las leyes tributarias, argumentando razones de justicia social y equidad, pues dicen que existen justificaciones económicas políticas y sociales para que determinados sujetos sean liberados del impuesto.
