Kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros ir izstrādāta turnīru rezultātu reģistrēšanas sistēma spēlei “League of Legends”, kas paredz iespēju reģistrēt spēles turnīru administratoriem informāciju par dažādiem turnīriem un to norises rezultātiem, kā arī dot iespēju pašiem turnīru dalībniekiem un citiem cilvēkiem sekot līdzi turnīru norisei. Datu importēšanas procesa automatizācija

Kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros ir izstrādāts datu importēšanas modulis tīmekļa lietojumprogrammatūrai “Leverantor”. Lietojumprogrammatūru izmanto lai apstrādāt un importēt informāciju par kompānijas klientu ikmēnešiem pārdevumiem, kuri tiek atsūtīti Excel datnes formāta. Darba mērķis ir uzlabot novecojošu Excel datnes apstrādāšanas procesu, tai skaitā izvirzīties no Access datubāzes izmantošanas, paplašinot sākotnējas lietojumprogrammatūras funkcionalitāti. Ka arī automatizēt vairākus programmatūras lietotāja darba soļus. Tīmekļa lietojumprogrammatūra ir izstrādāta izmantojot C#, ASP.NET un JavaScript.

The importance of fiscal visibility has been well known for a long time but attempts to quantify it by taking the internal structure of every type of revenue and expenditure in a fiscal system into consideration are recent. Indicators used until now rest on structural parameters combined in a multiplicative way with a 0 estimate always resulting in at least one of such factors being null. An alternative way to measure fiscal visibility consists of combining parametric values in an additive instead of a multiplicative form. Ontology-based cooperation of information systems : contributions to database-to-ontology mapping and XML-to-ontology mapping

This thesis treats the area of ontology-based cooperation of information systems. We propose a global architecture called OWSCIS that is based on ontologies and web-services for the cooperation of distributed heterogeneous information systems. In this thesis, we focus on the problem of connecting the local information sources to the local ontologies within OWSCIS architecture. This problem is articulated by three main axes: 1) the creation of the local ontology from the local information sources, 2) the mapping of local information sources to an existing local ontology, and 3) the translation of queries over the local ontologies into queries over local information sources.
ATL model checking in the cloud

This paper gives an overview of our recent work on implementing a new interactive ATL model checker for verification of open systems. In verification based on model checking, we need to provide a model of the system and also write down the properties (ATL formulas) that we require the system to satisfy. Traditionally, the semantics of ATL is given in terms of concurrent game structures. Alternating-Time Temporal Logic (ATL) is a branching-time temporal logic that naturally describes computations of open systems. In this paper, we provide a novel approach for effectively and efficiently support query processing tasks in novel NoSQL crowdsourcing systems. The idea of our method is to exploit the social knowledge available from reviews about products of any kind, freely provided by customers through specialized web sites. We thus define a NoSQL database system for large collections of product reviews, where queries can be expressed in terms of natural language sentences whose answers are modeled as lists of products ranked based on the relevance of reviews w.r.t. the natural language sentences. The crowd can be an incredible source of information. In particular, this is true for reviews about products of any kind, freely provided by customers through specialized web sites. Saturīgas statistikas palīdz strādāt un izvēlēties ātrākos SQL pieprasījumu izpildes plānus.
