Obiettivo di questo articolo è comprendere in che misura l’Employer Branding (EB) esprima un’autentica realtà aziendale oppure sia solo una ben orchestrata suggestione organizzativa. Appearance or reality? Monitoring of employer branding in public network space: the Glassdoor case

To what extent does Employer Branding (EB) express the real‐life company working environment or merely constitutes a well‐orchestrated organizational image? After reconstructing its significance and impact on the managing of the human resource cycle (recruitment, commitment, and retention) this study describes three ways of monitoring EB: internal, professional and public control. They each make use of a variety of tools in order to assess the extent to which the appearance of the employer corresponds to an authentic reality. El presente estudio analiza el uso de la aplicación Classdojo en tres aulas de tercero de Educación Primaria, para valorar si esta herramienta digital gamificada puede facilitar la gestión del aula y favorecer un clima de trabajo más positivo. La investigación se realizó durante cuatro semanas, y participaron un total de 85 alumnos y alumnas. Los datos se recogieron mediante la observación directa y diversas entrevistas al profesorado. Summary Study aim: To determine the reliability and validity of a time domain heart rate variability (HRV) index during free-living physical activity (FLPA). Material and methods: Eight white-collar workers participated in this study. RR intervals (time between consecutive R-peaks of the PQRS complex) were recorded using the Polar V800 heart rate (HR) monitor upon awakening and at work on 16 different days. A total of 127 cycles of sitting periods followed by walking breaks were included for consecutive pairwise analysis for reliability. The survey concerns the bibliometric analysis of the scientific productivity of the 8 Scientific Areas in which the Academic Italian System of Psychology is subdivided (Settori Scientifico-Disciplinari, SSD). To this end, data were retrieved from the Scopus (available at March 2012), one of the most internationally representative scientific databases. Muotoilun arvoa on mitattu yleensä lopputulosta ja ulkoisia hyötyjä arvioiden. Se, miten muotoilija itse määrittelee työnsä tavoitteet, on jäänyt vähäisemmälle huomiolle. Tässä tutkielmassa esitetään mittauskehikko muotoilijoiden omalle työlleen asettamien tavoitteiden mittaamista, kuvailua, vertailua ja toimialan kehityksen seurantaa varten. Mitattavan ilmiön hypoteesi käsittää seitsemän ulottuvuutta: kolme ekologisen kestävyyden periaatetta ja yhden sosiaalisen kestävyyden periaatteen sekä loppukäyttäjän tarpeet, muotoilijan omat tarpeet ja ulkoiset vaatimukset. Characteristics of participation - A mathematician and a mathematics educator collaborating on a developmental research project

International audience; In this paper, a developmental research project involving offering mathematical modelling (MM) activities to university biology students is presented, and a particular aspect is studied, namely the project as a collaboration between mathematicians and mathematics educators. The aim of the paper is to investigate what characterizes their participation in the project, and how the characteristics of the project and its development might influence this participation.
