This paper presents the NiinMikaOli?! reading assistant for Finnish. The focus is upon the simplified presentation and visualisation of a wide range of word-level linguistic phenomena of the Finnish language in a unified form so as to benefit language learners. Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa tutkimuskohteena on stand up -komiikka. Stand up -komiikka on suhteellisen uusi ja vähän tutkittu viihdemuoto; se kuitenkin kuvastaa nykymaailmaa ja yhteis-kuntaa, ja on siksi mielestäni antoisa tutkimusaihe. Tarkoituksenani on tämän tutkielman myötä antaa yleiskuva suomalaisesta ja ruotsalaisesta stand up -komiikasta. Tutkimuskysymykseni yhdistelevät kahta isoa teemaa, kulttuuria ja huumoria. Gallien vuonna 1956 julkaiseman merkittävän artikkelin ”Essentially Contested Concepts” jälkeen teoria essentiaalisesti kiistettävistä käsitteistä on saanut osakseen laajaa huomiota keskenään hyvinkin erilaisista lähtökohdista asiaa lähestyviltä teoreetikoilta. Se abordan aquí tres aspectos relativos a la Ley española de eutanasia, promulgada el 24 de marzo de 2021, que resultan especialmente problemáticos: la falsa configuración de la eutanasia como un ?derecho subjetivo?, el falso protagonismo de la autonomía del sujeto y la calificación de la eutanasia como ?muerte natural?. Se sostiene la tesis de que la ley solo ha despenalizado el delito eutanásico cuando se realiza de acuerdo con los requisitos legales; de que no existe un derecho a la muerte y por tanto no es la voluntad del solicitante la que determina la prestación eutanásica y las repercusiones que se producirán en diversos ámbitos por la calificación de muerte natural.

A new collinear resonant ionization spectroscopy (Cris)beam line has recently been installed at Isolde, Cern utilising lasers to combine collinear laser spectroscopy and resonant ionization spectroscopy. The combined technique offers the ability to purify an ion beam that is heavily contaminated with radioactive isobars, including the ground state of an isotope from its isomer, allowing sensitive secondary experiments to be performed. This article studies the appropriation and the uses of technologies by French student teachers. The methodology used is based on the analysis of answers to questionnaires submitted to the trainees of four “instituts universitaires de formation des maîtres” (teacher training schools). The results obtained tend to prove that outside the classroom trainee teachers are today well equipped and really competent as far as personal and professional uses of technologies are concerned. However, it appears that these skills are not taken advantage of in the presence of the pupils.
