Effets de quartier, effet de département : discrimination liée au lieu de résidence et accès à l'emploi

L’objet de cette étude est de mesurer la discrimination à l’embauche à l’encontre des jeunes en Ile-de-France en raison du lieu de résidence en considérant plusieurs échelles spatiales de façon à distinguer l’effet de la réputation du département (Paris et la Seine-Saint-Denis), celui de la localité et celui du quartier. Medial gastrocnemius muscle fascicle function during heel-rise after non-operative repair of Achilles tendon rupture

Background To better understand muscle remodelling in dynamic conditions after an Achilles tendon rupture, this study examined the length of medial gastrocnemius muscle fascicles during a heel-rise at 6- and 12-months after non-operative ATR treatment. Methods Participants (15 M, 3F) were diagnosed with acute Achilles tendon rupture. Medial gastrocnemius subtendon length, fascicle length and pennation angle were assessed in resting conditions, and fascicle shortening during bi- and unilateral heel-rises. Darbā aplūkotas videi nodarītā kaitējuma novēršanas un atlīdzināšanas īpatnības, salīdzinot tās ar “tradicionālo” civiltiesisko zaudējumu atlīdzināšanas modeli. Analizētas nodarītā kaitējuma novēršanas tiesiskās problēmas, ja iznīcināti vai bojāti biotopi un īpaši aizsargājamās sugas. O osobliwościach słowa kuriozum

Celem artykułu jest językoznawcza refleksja nad słowem kuriozum. Autorka artykułu nie tylko pokazuje w nim historię słowa w polszczyźnie, ale przede wszystkim rekonstruuje (na podstawie funkcjonujących w języku synonimów wyrazu kuriozum oraz licznych przykładów jego użycia) strukturę semantyczną słowa. Zwraca uwagę na jego niezwykłe bogactwo znaczeniowe, wielość semantycznych odcieni, a także różnorodność wyrażanych nim emocji. Równocześnie pokazuje, że zawarte we współczesnych słownikach języka polskiego definicje słownikowe kuriozum (będące punktem wyjścia poczynionych analiz) nie oddają w pełni semantycznej złożoności słowa.
