Pieaugušo piesaistes stilu, stresa, trauksmes un depresijas simptomu saistība ar miega traucējumiem

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādas saistības pastāv starp pieaugušo piesaistes stiliem, stresa, trauksmes, depresijas simptomiem un miega traucējumiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 138 respondenti, vecumā no 18 līdz 70 gadiem (M= 32, 39). Darbā tika izmantota attiecību stilu aptauja, Aiovas miega traucējumu aptauja, depresijas, trauksmes un stresa skala. Pētījuma rezultātā tika noskaidrots, ka izvairīgi bailīgais piesaistes stils uzrāda statistiski nozīmīgu pozitīvu saistību ar bezmiegu un gurdumu. Meaningful Work Protects Teachers’ Self-Rated Health under Stressors

A sense of meaningfulness is one of the most sought?after work characteristics which has been associated with employees’ well-being. This study explored whether meaningful work enhances self-rated health in challenging work context, under the stressors of distractions, unnecessary tasks, and unreasonable tasks. Data was collected from Finnish teachers (N = 1,658) and structural equation modelling was employed with the latent interaction terms. A coach-guided Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) intervention that uses a blended approach of two face-to-face and five online sessions (iACT; N = 33) has been found to be more effective than a waiting-list control condition (WLC; N = 35) at enhancing the wellbeing of university students while also reducing stress and depression. The present study explored possible mediators of change that may account for the outcomes of the study. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää matematiikan opettajien käyttämien työmene-telmien ja työtapojen vaikutusta asenteisiin, työn kuormittavuuteen ja minäpystyvy-yteen. Celiac Disease (CD) is an immune-mediated disease triggered by the ingestion of wheat gliadin and related prolamins from other cereals, such as barley and rye. Immunity against these cereal-derived proteins is mediated by pro-inflammatory cytokines produced by both innate and adaptive system response in individuals unable to adequately digest them. Peptides generated in this condition are absorbed across the gut barrier, which in these patients is characterized by the deregulation of its permeability. Charcot–Marie tooth disease is a hereditary polyneuropathy caused by mutations in Mitofusin-2 (MFN2), a GTPase in the outer mitochondrial membrane involved in the regulation of mitochondrial fusion and bioenergetics. Autosomal-dominant inheritance of a R94Q mutation in MFN2 causes the axonal subtype 2A2A which is characterized by early onset and progressive atrophy of distal muscles caused by motoneuronal degeneration. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot - kāda saistība ir starp mobingu un stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijām un pašcieņu. Pētījumā piedalījās 50 sievietes vecumā no 20 – 69 gadiem (M = 48,76, SD = 11,25), respondentu darba stāžs bija no 1 gada līdz 30 gadiem (M = 13,70, SD = 11,25). Tika izmantotas divas aptaujas: 1)Stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju aptauja (The coping Orientation of problem Experience/COPE/Inventory, Carver , Scheier, & Weintraub, 1989); Latvijā aptauju adaptējusi I.
