PURPOSE. Seminal-sparing cystectomy is reported in literature only with reference to oncological conditions. However, it can be applied also in non-neoplastic conditions in young patients with good renal function. In the present report we will describe our experience in this field, with special reference to erectile function, urinary continence, fertility and feasibility. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Between 2000 and 2009 we have treated five patients with seminalsparing cystectomy for benign conditions, namely sclerosing cystitis, tuberculosis and a benign paraganglioma. Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts uz 32 lappusēm latviešu valodā. Tas satur 20 attēlus un 25 atsauces uz izmantotajiem literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija novērtēt telpiskās uztveres precizitāti dažādu profesiju pārstāvjiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 82 dalībnieki, no kuriem 34 bija Optometrijas un redzes zinātnes nodaļas bakalaura studenti, 18 maģistrantūras studenti, 15 Rīgas Tehniskās universitātes Arhitektūras un pilsētplānošanas studenti un 15 dalībnieki kontrolgrupā, Pētījuma rezultāti parādīja, ka no visām grupām arhitekti visprecīzāk spēj novērtēt slīpumu. W zasadzie tak można sobie wyobrazić istotę uzyskiwania wsparcia. Nie oznacza to jednak wcale, że każdy takie wsparcie uzyskuje, ani nawet nie oznacza, że w sytuacjach krytycznych zawsze po nie sięga.
