Cet article vise à alimenter les réflexions ayant actuellement cours sur le bien fondé de ces formules de rémunérations, en portant un intérêt particulier aux pratiques observées, à leurs finalités et à leurs conséquences économiques, politiques, sociales, culturelles... finalement à leur dimension éthique. Se référant au courant téléologique de la pensée éthique, sont étudiées dans une première section les conséquences pour les actionnaires, qui en prennent la décision, de l'adoption de ces formules de rémunération. L'analyse est poursuivie du point de vue d'autres parties prenantes (dirigeants, salariés, prêteurs...).

Nous mobilisons les principales explications théoriques des rachats d’actions et nous proposons une étude empirique de plusieurs centaines de programmes de rachats afin de justifier l’intention volontaire des dirigeants de ne pas engager des rachats importants en dépit de ceux annoncés provoquant ainsi un découplage. The argument that sufficiently high fishing mortality (selective or not) can effect genetic change in fished populations has gained considerable traction since the late 1970s. The intervening decades have provided compelling experimental and model‐based evidence that fisheries‐induced evolution (FIE) can cause genetic changes in life history, behaviour and body shape, given sufficiently high trait heritability, selection intensity and time. Fisheries‐induced evolution research has also identified or inferred negative implications to population recovery and sustainable yield, prompting calls for evolutionarily enlightened management to reduce the probability of FIE and mitigate its risks. A pilot experiment of stock enhancement based on the release of hatchery-reared juveniles of dusky grouper, Epinephelus marginatus, was carried out at two artificial reefs located 0.9 km offshore the south-western Sicilian coast (Central Mediterranean). The fish assemblages inhabiting the reefs were characterized using underwater visual census (UVC) surveys. Despite some differences in fish species richness, diversity and abundance, both artificial reefs provide suitable feeding resources and shelter opportunities for the settlement of dusky grouper juveniles. The first two phases are illustrated by rather few utensils: buckets, barrels, jugs and boilers, knives and other cleavers. Three cooking patterns are used for the third phase.
