Objective The current randomized controlled trial investigated the effectiveness of a job crafting intervention program on work engagement as the primary outcome and job crafting as the secondary outcome among Japanese employees. Se origina a partir del periostio o de la membrana periodontal tras una irritación o un traumatismo crónico que actúa localmente. Se manifiesta en forma de nódulo de color rojo-púrpura, situado en la encía o en el reborde alveolar edéntulo, preferentemente en la mandíbula. Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt paņēmienu ceļa locītavas frontālās deformācijas korekcijai endoprotezēšanas (EP) laikā, izmantojot digitālo plānošanu. Hipotēze – individuālā valgus apzāģējuma leņķa (VAL) izmantošana ļauj koriģēt frontālo deformāciju ne sliktāk, kā standartā veicot femorālo valgus apzāģējumu 7 grādos. Secinājumi – individuālais, digitālās plānošanas laikā noteiktais AMA leņķis ir vienmēr jāizmanto ceļa EP laikā kā VAL, jo tas ļauj koriģēt frontālo deformāciju ne sliktāk (ceļa locītavas absolūtās leņķiskās deformācijas CAD vidējo vērtību starpība –0,3°, p = 0,398) un pat labāk pie galējiem AMA (CAD vidējo vērtību starpība –2,2°, p = 0,023), kā standartā veicot femorālo valgus apzāģ…

CXC grupas hemokīnu un to receptoru saistība ar kanceroģenēzes procesu ir pierādīta vairākos pētījumos, tomēr CXC hemokīnu loma un klīniskā nozīme plaušu vēža gadījumā palikusi neskaidra. Pētījuma mērķis bija novērtēt CXC hemokīnu biomarķieru potenciālu un saistību ar audzēja un imūnsistēmas šūnām, audzēja mikrovides parametriem un klīniskajiem datiem no plaušu vēža pacientu grupām. Augšējā kuņģa – zarnu trakta asiņošana sakarā ar gastroduodenālas čūlas slimību ir viens no galvenajiem augstas mirstības cēloņiem nevarikozas asiņošanas gadījumos. Neskatoties uz farmakoterapijas attīstību, mirstība asiņojošas čūlas gadījumā joprojām variē no 5% līdz 10% (Sung JJ et al., 2010; Iwasaki H et al., 2021). Galvenie asiņošanas riska faktori ir smēķēšana, NSPL un antikoagulantu lietošana.
