More specifically, it explores how this loss reflected on the biographical itineraries of individual members of the sibling unit; how adelphic relations between the orphans were reformulated according to order of birth and first born or cadet status, age, and sex; and what forms of solidarity and competition were engendered by the loss of a father. This article examines the comparisons made between Indians and Antiquity in early nineteenth-century American literature (notably in the works of Washington Irving and James Fenimore Cooper); to do so, it begins by reaching back to references in European and American writings of the eighteenth century. First Report of Tomato Brown Rugose Fruit Virus on Tomato Crops in Italy

In October 2018, virus-like symptoms were observed in four different greenhouses of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) in Ragusa province (Sicily, Italy). Symptoms consisted in mosaic, deformation, and necrosis on young leaves, and discoloration and deformations on young fruits. In total 40 symptomatic samples were collected (10 for each greenhouse). This chapter discusses the legacy of the FIFA Football World Cup 2006 and its effects on tourism. First of all, the ‘concept of legacy’ is defined. The problems of measuring and forecasting tourism legacy are then discussed. Facts are presented which demonstrate that benchmarks and methods for measuring tourism growth triggered by a major football tournament are not relevant for detecting event tourism legacy. Optineurin is present in protein inclusions observed in various neurodegenerative diseases including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Huntington's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Creutzfeld-Jacob disease and Pick's disease.
