The objective of the paper is to analyse two very closely related categories, economic nationalism and economic populism. They intertwine both in the lived politics on the ground and in intellectual debates. Despite a rich interdisciplinary discourse, scholars interested in economic nationalism and economic populism still disagree not only how to explain them, but more fundamentally – about what they are and what their relation is. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie analizy dwóch, bardzo ściśle powiązanych ze sobą kategorii, nacjonalizmu ekonomicznego oraz ekonomicznego populizmu. Tarkoituksenani on selvittää, miten intertekstuaalisten viittausten tuntemus voi vaikuttaa merkittävästi tekstin luentaan. Tutkimuksen aineistona on The Hold Steadyn albumi Stay Positive, mutta analyysissa laajennan tutkimusta monesti käsittämään yhtyeen koko tuotantoa. Kopš Rodrigo Dutertes nākšanas pie varas, Filipīnās tiek īstenots “narkotiku karš”, ar mērķi padarīt Filipīnas brīvas no nelegālajām narkotikām. Šī Dutertes narkotiku kara rezultātā ir gājuši bojā desmitiem tūkstošu cilvēku, un vairāki simti tūkstoši ir arestēti, šobrīd padarot Filipīnu cietumus par pārpildītākajam cietumiem pasaulē. Bet nelegālās narkotikas vēl joprojām ir viegli nopērkamas jebkur Filipīnās, un Dutertes “mērķis attaisno līdzekļus” pieeja narkotiku problēmas atrisināšanai padara par nežēlīgu, un galvenais – neefektīvu. Darba autora mērķis ar šo darbu ir atrast iemeslus neveiksmīgajai politikai, un tas tiek darīts izmantojot rīcībpolitikas īstenošanas un izvērtēšanas teorija…

Nuevas faunas de micromamíferos del Terciario continental de la Depresión Intermedia (provincia de Cuenca, España centro-oriental)

In this paper the fossil content of nine new micromammal bearing localities and that of 15 levels in a borehole from the Loranca Basin (eastern Tague Basin, Prov. of Cuenca) is described. The age ranges from early Arvernian (Late Oligocene) to Turolian (Late Miocene). 47 rodent and lagomorph taxons have been found which are arranged in 8 biostratigraphic units. The Loranca-2 borehole contains 15 fossiliferous levels covering the Upper Oligocene/Lower Miocene. These additional data complete the faunal sequence published by Díaz & López(1919).
