Besançon: des défis à relever pour une nouvelle croissance

Entre 1982 et 1990, la croissance de Besançon a été limitée: 3% contre 5,6 % pour l 'ensemble des unités urbaines françaises. Certes, on constate des difficultés similaires pour les villes dont la population est comprise entre 1 00 et 200 000 habitants. Pourtant, si Besançon n'est pas une très grande ville (au quarantième rang des agglomérations françaises). elle a l'avantage d'être une capitale régionale. Elle a pu ainsi bénéficier. plus que d'autres, du développement des activités tertiaires. Une croissance aussi modeste peut paraître surprenante.
Di-tert-butyl Phosphonate Route to the Antiviral Drug Tenofovir

Di-tert-butyl oxymethyl phosphonates were investigated regarding their suitability for preparing the active pharmaceutical ingredient tenofovir (PMPA). First, an efficient and simple access to the crystalline di-tert-butyl(hydroxymethyl)phosphonate was developed. O-Mesylation gave high yields of the active phosphonomethylation reagent. For the synthesis of tenofovir, a two-step sequence was developed using Mg(OtBu)2 as the base for the alkylation of (R)-9-(2-hydroxypropyl)adenine. Subsequent deprotection could be achieved with aqueous acids. (Di-tert-butoxyphosphoryl)methyl methanesulfonate showed to be the most efficient electrophile tested, affording PMPA in 72% yield on a 5 g scale. The …

Tutkielmani aineistona on Pauliina Rauhalan teos Synninkantajat, joka käsittelee fiktiivisen romaanin keinoin vanhoillislestadiolaisessa herätysliikkeessä ilmenneitä epäkohtia ja vallankäyttöä. Kohdistan tutkimukseni romaanin runsaisiin intertekstuaalisiin aineksiin, jotka määrittävät henkilöhahmoja. Samalla intertekstuaaliset ainekset vaikuttavat affektiivisesti lukijaan ja rakentavat vanhoillislestadiolaisuudesta muodostuvaa käsitystä. Synninkantajat kertoo yhden suvun tarinaa vanhoillislestadiolaisessa yhteisössä. Romaanin nimen mukaisesti herätysliikkeen käytänteet siirtyvät sukupolvelta toiselle jo äidinmaidossa. Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts alūzijām K. S. Lūisa „Nārnijas hronikās”. Pētījuma mērķis ir atklāt, kādiem nolūkiem alūzijas uz dažādiem avotiem ir izmantotas šajās grāmatās, un noteikt, vai pārējo avotu ietekme ir tikpat nozīmīga kā kristietības ietekme. Ģenētisko un tipoloģisko līdzību analīzes metode tika pielietota. Hintena, Dauninga, Vorda un citu pētnieku darbi tika izskatīti. Alūzijas uz kristietību, K. S. Lūisa dzīvi, mitoloģiju, literatūru un viduslaiku kultūru tika atrastas, un to funkcijas (piem., darbošanās kā personāžu un sižeta pamats) tika noteiktas. Due to the limited number of available antibiotics, antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) are considered antimicrobial candidates to fight difficult-to-treat infections such as those associated with biofilms. Marine environments are precious sources of AMPs, as shown by the recent discovery of antibiofilm properties of Holothuroidin 2 (H2), an AMP produced by the Mediterranean sea cucumber Holothuria tubulosa. In this study, we considered the properties of a new H2 derivative, named H2d, and we tested it against seven strains of the dangerous foodborne pathogen Listeria monocytogenes.
