Resumen El presente artículo tiene como principal objetivo analizar la forma de provisión de bienes y servicios de los Ayuntamientos de Alicante y València (2005-2016). Para ello, llevaremos a cabo un análisis del presupuesto por capítulos para determinar el reparto de fondos entre los distintos actores que forman las redes de políticas públicas de cada consistorio. Entre las evidencias que hemos encontrado podemos destacar que dicho fenómeno se ha visto, ciertamente, afectado por la crisis económica que ha hecho variar las estrategias. Serum anti-mitochondrial antibodies (AMA) are the serological hallmark of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC), yet up to 15% of PBC sera are AMA negative at routine indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) while being referred to as “probable” cases. The diagnostic role of PBC-specific antinuclear antibodies (ANA) remains to be determined. We will report herein data on the accuracy of new laboratory tools for AMA and PBC-specific ANA in a large series of PBC sera that were AMA-negative at IIF. The aim of this thesis is to understand the legal status of unmarried couples, over a period of time extending for nearly five centuries. The canon law of marriage relegated cohabitation to a permanent state of sin, and in the sixteenth century, the council of Trent prescribed severe penalties to punish cohabitation. The fathers of the council enacted rules governing the celebration of marriage. Secular authority then gradually arrogated jurisdiction in matrimonial matters by means of laws and jurisprudence. Pyrrolo[2',3':3,4]cyclohepta[1,2-d][1,2]oxazoles, a New Class of Antimitotic Agents Active against Multiple Malignant Cell Types

A new class of pyrrolo[2',3':3,4]cyclohepta[1,2-d][1,2]oxazoles was synthesized for the treatment of hyperproliferative pathologies, including neoplasms. The new compounds were screened in the 60 human cancer cell lines of the NCI drug screen and showed potent activity with GI50 values reaching the nanomolar level, with mean graph midpoints of 0.08-0.41 μM. All compounds were further tested on six lymphoma cell lines, and eight showed potent growth inhibitory effects with IC50 values lower than 500 nM. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena on saada tietoa siitä, miten nuoret, korkeakoulutetut suomalaiset muodostavat legitimiteettiarvioitaan Suomen hallituksen pakolaispolitiikasta. Tutkimus on osa kansainvälistä tutkimushanketta, joka toteutettiin Suomessa, Saksassa ja Espanjassa. Työn teoreettinen viitekehys on legitimiteettiteoriassa ja erityisesti Suchmanin (1995) neljässä legitimiteetin alatyypissä.
