Ketamine, a noncompetitive, voltage-dependent N-Methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) antagonist, has been shown to have a rapid antidepressant effect and is used for patients experiencing treatment-resistant depression. We carried out a time-dependent targeted mass spectrometry-based metabolomics profiling analysis combined with a quantitative based on in vivo <sup>15</sup>N metabolic labeling proteome comparison of ketamine- and vehicle-treated mice. The thus‐far unknown ureic derivative dimethyl 2,2′‐[carbonylbis(azanediyl)](2S,2′S)‐ bis[3‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)propanoate] has been efficiently synthesized by enantiospecific oxidative carbonylation of readily available L‐tyrosine methyl ester, using a very simple catalytic system (PdI2 in conjunction with KI) under relatively mild conditions (100 °C for 5 h in DME as the solvent and under 20 atm of a 4:1 mixture CO‐air).

γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticle in NaY-zeolite matrix: Preparation, characterization, and heterogeneous catalytic epoxidation of olefins

Abstract Nano-sized crystals of maghemite iron oxide (γ-Fe 2 O 3 ) were synthesized onto the surface of NaY-zeolite crystals by immobilizing a polynuclear iron complex [Fe 4 O 2 (O 2 CCH 3 ) 7 (bpy) 2 ](ClO 4 ) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) and subsequent calcination of the material in oxygen. Superparamagnetic γ-Fe 2 O 3 particles with sizes ∼5 nm were formed on the surface of the zeolite matrix. The nano-composite, γ-Fe 2 O 3 @NaY has been subsequently subjected for thorough characterization with several spectroscopic techniques as well as magnetic and transmission electron microscopic measurements. International audience; The contribution of growth history and flagella to adhesion of Listeria monocytogenes was analysed. An in-frame deletion on the flagellin encoding gene (flaA) was performed in L. monocytogenes EGD-e to compare its adhesion ability with the parental strain, after cultivation at various pH values and temperatures. The pH, as well as the temperature, affected the adhesion of L. monocytogenes EGD-e. In addition, the adhesion of L. monocytogenes EGD-e was reduced in energy-depressed cells. Particulate fillers are often used to improve the dimensional stability of polymeric items obtained through processing techniques such as injection molding, deep drawing, hot stamping, etc. In these operations the material undergoes large multiaxial deformations which result in molecular orientation and remain as frozen-in stresses during cooling of the material. Once the formed objects are exposed to sufficiently high temperatures, various degrees of spring-back take place and subsequent changes in shape and dimension occur (1).

Recently, molecular data have led to a radical revision of the traditional taxonomy and phylogeny of these primates.
