The results show that in only 15 percent of the sample schools do all of the teachers and school directors consistently perform the tasks considered essential to their role. Engagement at work is found to be significantly lower among contract teachers than among civil service teachers, and the ability of teachers to manage the pedagogical process does not improve with accumulated experience. Program ten doskonale nadaje się dla uczniów i nauczycieli, którzy chcą uatrakcyjnić prowadzone przez siebie zajęcia. Działanie i możliwości aplikacji zostały poparte rozwiązaniami kilku przykładów (z różnych poziomów kształcenia) wraz z odpowiednim komentarzem.

W artykule poruszona została kwestia wykorzystania technologii informacyjnej w procesie kształcenia. Dzisiejsza szkoła musi korzystać z odpowiedniego oprogramowania dydaktycznego, które powoduje, że uczeń chętniej przyswaja wiadomości, a rezultatem tego jest bardziej efektywne kształcenie. Resumen basado en el de la publicación Título, resumen y palabras clave en español e inglés Disponible la versión en inglés Se presenta un modelo de competencia docente del profesor de medicina. Fue generado a partir de un modelo conceptual preexistente: dicho modelo se sometió al juicio de expertos quienes seleccionaron las competencias de mayor impacto, construyéndose un perfil de competencias. Se generó un instrumento basado en la opinión de los estudiantes y otro de autoevaluación, siendo ambos validados por 18 expertos en evaluación y aplicándose a 2281 estudiantes y 107 profesores.
