Straipsnyje nagrinėjama regionų kultūra, regioninių tradicijų svarba, siekiant šalies kultūrinio tvarumo. En esta investigación se analizan las rutas cognitivas que subyacen a las resoluciones de un grupo de futuros maestros ante una tarea de comparación de razones desiguales en el contexto de las ofertas comerciales. La revisión de la literatura y el análisis en profundidad de las componentes críticas de la tarea nos han permitido definir las dimensiones de análisis de las resoluciones. A mixed-methods approach to developing an understanding of teachers’ attitudes and their enactment of inclusive education

This research sought to develop an understanding of teachers’ attitudes, sense of self-efficacy and approach to enacting inclusive education in their classrooms in two diverse countries. A mixed-methods research design guided the data collection and analysis. This article focuses on how quantitative and qualitative research approaches were used sequentially and how the findings were finally merged to provide more comprehensive insight into different aspects of teachers’ sometimes contradictory attitudes and approaches to implementing inclusive education. Comparing the Effect Size of School Level Support on Teachers’ Technology Integration

Teachers are expected to lead the innovative use of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) at the classroom level of context. However, research literature shows that a number of factors influence their ICT pedagogical practices. Therefore, the present study investigates the influence of school level support on teacher educators’ technology integration. A mixed method is used to collect data through three focused interviews (N = 19) and self-completion survey (N = 136). The data collected is analysed both qualitatively and quantitatively. Shanghai Teachers’ Perceptions of Distributed Leadership: Resources and Agency

Purpose:Drawing on distributed leadership and motivation theories, this study investigates teachers’ perceptions of resource and agency distributions and identifies the key factors motivating leadership among teachers.Design/Approach/Methods:This quantitative study collected data from 327 teachers in nine schools in Shanghai. Chi-square tests of independence were conducted to examine the associations between leadership structures and power distance, while Spearman’s correlation tests were used to identify changes in leadership resource impact.
