Ohjelmistokehityksen muutos ja sen vaikutus ohjelmistoprojektin johtamiseen

Tutkielman tarkoituksena oli selvittää, miten ja miksi ohjelmistokehittäminen on muuttunut viimeisen 10 vuoden aikana ja etenkin, kuinka tämä muutos on vaikuttanut ohjelmistokehitysprojektien johtamiseen. Aihetta lähestyttiin perinteisen ohjelmistokehittämisen vesiputousmallin ja ketterän kehittämisen scrum- menetelmän kautta. Esimerkkinä toimivista menetelmistä käytiin läpi perusteet toimintatavoista sekä johtamisesta. Kun menetelmiin oli tutustuttu, siirryttiin haasteisiin, joita yrityksissä kohdattiin perinteisestä ketterään kehitykseen siirryttäessä. Sintētisko miRNS ietekme uz zarnu mikrobioma kompozīciju 2. tipa cukura diabēta peļu modelī

Zarnu mikrobioma kompozīcijas izmaiņas tiek asociētas ar dažādām slimībām, tostarp otrā tipa cukura diabētu (T2D). Interese par T2D ārstēšanu, regulējot mikrobiomu, ir strauji augusi. Ir pierādīts, ka miRNS spēj tieši saistīties pie baktērijām, tādējādi ietekmējot to sastopamību. Lai noskaidrotu, vai un kā miRNS ietekmē mikrobioma sastāvu un diabēta izpausmes diētas ierosinātā T2D peļu modelī, tām tika orāli nodrošināta nedēļu ilga dažādu miRNS terapija, kam sekoja fēču metagenoma sekvencēšana. Before being sentenced, many women have been living in vulnerable and traumatic life situations and violent relationships. Substance abuse often plays a crucial role in committing crimes. End-to-end link performance of an asymmetric and asynchronous dual-hop decode-and-forward (DF) relay system built up using a causal multirate filter bank multicarrier (FBMC) technique operated under Rayleigh fading is presented. Three main performance measures namely bit error rate (BER), outage probability and channel capacity are used for this evaluation and approximate closed-form expressions for them are also made available.
