Premises of liability of a person who assists in causing damage under Polish civil law

This study has been devoted to selected issues of assistance in causing damage and more specifically to the issue of the premises of liability for damages of a helper under Polish civil law. There is an important dispute in the Polish doctrine of law and in judicial practice as well, whether it is possible to accept liability for damages of the helper in the absence of his intentional fault. The work was prepared using a formal and dogmatic method. Under Polish tort law responsibility for aiding and abetting a damage requires the helper’s intentional fault. Hating Adolescents Test (HAT): a preliminary development of a measure to assess hating among adolescents

The phenomenon of haters is becoming common among adolescents. The aims of the present research were to evaluate the preliminary psychometric properties of the Hating Adolescents Test (HAT), an ad hoc questionnaire created to evaluate online and offline hate (Study 1), and possible risk factors connected with hate (Study 2). Participants (202 female and 200 male) of this study completed the HAT, the How I Think Questionnaire, the Buss–Perry Aggression Questionnaire, and the Penn State Worry Questionnaire. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādas ir kognitīvo izkropļojumu, pārbaudījumu trauksmes un akadēmiskās pašefektivitātes savstarpējās saistības studentu vidū un vai vērojamas atšķirības mainīgo saistībās sieviešu un vīriešu izlasēs, kā arī noskaidrot atšķirības pārbaudījumu trauksmes un akadēmisko pašefektivitātes rādītājos dažādos studiju kursos un noteikt kādā mērā kognitīvo izkropļojumu izteiktība prognozē pārbaudījumu trauksmi un akadēmisko pašefektivitāti studentiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 116 šobrīd studējoši studenti (74 sievietes) vecumā no 18-29 gadiem. Vidējais vecums izlasē bija 22,72 gadi (SD= 2,42). In the title complex [systematic name: bis(2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-{N-[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]carboximidoyl}phenolato)cobalt(II)], [Co(C23H31N2O)2], the cobalt(II) atom is coordinated by pairs of O and N atoms in a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. The dihedral angles formed by the aromatic rings of the same ligand are 51.99 (11) and 36.58 (9)°. The molecular conformation features weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds. In the crystal, inversion-related pairs of complex molecules are linked into dimers by weak C—H...π interactions. The methyl C atoms oftert-butyl groups have rotational disorder, with site occupancies of 0.647 (7) and 0.617 (6) for the major components and 0.353 …

In the title complex, [Co(C25H35N2O)2], the cobalt(II) atom has a distorted tetrahedral geometry provided by pairs of O and N atoms. The dihedral angles between the benzene rings of the same ligand are 52.39 (9) and 34.96 (9)°. The molecular structure is stabilized by weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The crystal packing is stabilized mainly by van der Waals forces. The structure contains a solvent-accessible void of 276 Å3which was treated using the SQUEEZE routine fromPLATON[Spek (2015).Acta Cryst.C71, 9–18]. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kā izmantot atvērtā pirmkoda IDS sistēmas ar patēriņa aparatūru, lai monitorētu drošību augstas veiktspējas tīklos, kuros tīkla caurlaidība pārsniedz 10Gbit/s. Lai parādītu, kāds ir veiktspējas ieguvums no dažādām ar veiktspēju saistītam izmaiņām IDS sistēmā, mērķis ir veikt sistēmas ieviešanu, kur tiek veiktas izmaiņas pa posmiem un tiek iegūti rezultāti par izmaiņām veiktspējas rādītājos. Darbā tika pētīti ar IDS sistēmas veiktspējas uzlabošanu saistīti akadēmiskie darbi, lai apkopotu tajās izmantotās metodes, kas ir palīdzējušas sasniegt augstus IDS sistēmas veiktspējas rādītājus.
