Background: Several school fruit programs are initiated with the aim to improve diet and thereby contribute to reduce the prevalence of overweight. Artykuł dowodzi, że w warunkach obcej państwowości ukształtował się w XIX stuleciu na Śląsku polski protokół sądowy jako gatunek tekstu. Oparty był na wzorach niemieckich, wymaganych przez oficjalne czynniki administracyjne. Zawierał konstytutywne wyznaczniki gatunkowe protokołu. Świadczą o tym liczne protokoły polskie zapisane w księgach protokolarnych sądów rozjemczych powiatu strzeleckiego, przechowywane w Archiwum Państwowym w Opolu.
