As suggested by previous research, the study of personality traits among sexual offenders could be an important consideration in the understanding of sexual offending. This study aims to explore the possibility of classifying sexual offenders according to their personality profiles. Based on the MCMI-III scores of 97 convicted contact sexual offenders, a cluster hierarchical analysis was performed. A comparative study of the sealing ability of two root canal obturation techniques

A comparison was made of the ability of two root canal obturating techniques to prevent dye microleakage: gutta-percha lateral condensation and mechanically plasticized gutta-percha (JS Quick-fill). Twenty central incisors were prepared and obturated by each technique. After rendering the teeth transparent, linear dye penetration was found to be 0.48 and 0.52 mm, respectively. The difference between the two techniques was not significant. Analysis of Chlorpyrifos in Water, Fruit Juice, and Honeybee Extract by Chemiluminescent Elisa

Abstract The suitability of competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) with chemiluminescent detection-based immobilized antigen (indirect assay) for rapid and accurate determination of chlorpyrifos in various food matrices was tested. The limit of detection (LOD) values were 1–1.75 ng mL−1, the standard curve midpoint (IC50) was 3.5 ng mL−1, and the assay duration was 1.5 h. Assay application to the analysis of honeybee extract resulted in chlorpyrifos recoveries varying between 62 and 83% in 5–15 ng mL−1 herbicide concentration range.
