Anotācija ST elevāciju miokarda infarkta gadījumā (STEMI) patofizioloģiskais substrāts ir rupturējusi vai erodējusi panga un tromboze. Šajā darbā veicām iMap IVUS audu analīzi STEMI mērķa bojājumiem 75 pacientiem, noteicām asinīs aterosklerozes biomarķierus un veicām 10 mēnešu apsekojumu. Mūsu rezultāti parādīja augstu nekrotisko audu daudzumu mērķa bojājumā un augstu, bet salīdzinoši zemāku, proksimālajā segmentā. Proksimālajā segmentā 10 mēnešu laikā samazinājās lipīdu audu daudzums par 10,2%. Neointimai 10 mēnešus pēc stenta implantācijas bija raksturīgs stabilāks audu sastāvs pēc iMap IVUS nekā natīvai aterosklerotiskai pangai šajā artērijā. Asins aterosklerozes biomarķieru saistību ar …

The Proton Resonance Frequency (PRF) shift provide a method for temperature change measurements during thermotherapy. Conventional PRF thermometry works subtracting one or multiple baseline images. The method leads to artifacts caused by tissue motion and frequency drift. Various works estimating the background phase from each acquired image phase are present in literature. MRgFUS (Magnetic Resonance guided Focused UltraSound) is a new and non-invasive technique to treat different diseases in the oncology field, that uses Focused Ultrasound (FUS) to induce necrosis in the lesion. Obiettivi dello studio: Tra gli end point della terapia antivirale con DAAs nella cirrosi HCV (LCHCV) oltre all' eradicazione del virus vi sono: la regressione della fibrosi e dell’ipertensione portale. Abbiamo valutato in pazienti LCHCV e risposta sostenuta (SVR) alla terapia con DAAs il comportamento dell’AST to Platelet Ratio Index (APRI) (marker indiretto di fibrosi) e di due segni ecografici di ipertensione portale: calibro della vena porta (cVP) e diametro longitudinale della milza (DLM).
