Simplified restructuring proceedings in Poland as an example of anti – crisis regulation due to the COVID-19 pandemic

Summary The study discusses new legislative anti – crisis solutions adopted in Poland in connection with the COVID – 19 pandemic. The Polish legislator decided to introduce the so-called simplified restructuring procedure. This happened in the face of the expectations of both the jurisprudence of law and practice. On the one hand, the simplified restructuring procedure (the fifth independent type of restructuring procedure for an entrepreneur in Poland) allows for a quick, cheap and simplified conclusion of an arrangement with creditors outside the court, then approved by the court. Syphilis is an important public health problem and an increasing incidence has been noted in recent years. Characterization of strain diversity through molecular data plays a critical role in the epidemiological understanding of this re-emergence. We here propose a new high-resolution multilocus sequence typing (MLST) scheme for Treponema pallidum subsp. pallidum (TPA). We analyzed 30 complete and draft TPA genomes obtained directly from clinical samples or from rabbit propagated strains to identify suitable typing loci and tested the new scheme on 120 clinical samples collected in Switzerland and France. This article discusses the development of teaching of musical instruments in Finland. The focus is fixed on the Soviet impact during the decades when Finnish music education was strongly developing, from the 1960s to 1980s. Tutkielma käsittelee Suomen EU-jäsenyydestä käytyä eduskunnan lähetekeskustelua 6.– 7.9.1994 ja siinä käytettyä retoriikkaa. Lähtökohdan keskustelussa käytetyn retoriikan tutkimiselle antaa paradiastole-figuuri, joka merkitsee uudelleenmäärittelyn tekniikoita. Tutkielman tehtävänä on arvioida lähetekeskustelun argumentteja ja niissä tapahtuvaa uudelleenmäärittelyä parlamentaarisen retoriikan tutkimisen näkökulmasta. Molecular epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 aims to monitor the appearance of new variants with the potential to change the virulence or transmissibility of the virus. During the first year of SARS-CoV-2 evolution, numerous variants with possible public health impact have emerged. We have detected two mutations in the Spike protein at amino acid positions 1163 and 1167 that have appeared independently multiple times in different genetic backgrounds, indicating they may increase viral fitness.
