L’attenzione per il benessere organizzativo nella Pubblica Amministrazione italiana. Analisi critica del questionario CIVIT/ANAC

L'articolo propone una riflessione sugli studi inerenti al benessere organizzativo nel nostro Paese, e un'analisi secondaria sul questionario per la valutazione del Benessere organizzativo nella pubblica amministrazione italiana CIVIT/ANAC realizzata tra il personale tecnico amministrativo di alcuni atenei italiani, con tre obiettivi: confrontare le dimensioni del benessere incluse nel questionario con i fattori considerati nei più noti modelli che in letteratura hanno definito il costrutto del benessere al lavoro; controllare attendibilità e validità dello strumento; identificare la struttura semantica soggiacente alle risposte, prescindendo dall'impostazione precostituita del questionario.

Purpose To assess the differences that exist between two intramedullary osteosynthesis systems for the treatment of unstable proximal femoral fractures in an attempt to find out whether the use of an antirotation screw improves the final result. Materials and methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the plcement and clinical evolution of both intramedullary nailing systems (Gamma ® y Claufitt ® ). The aim of this book is to analyze the performance of some Italian universities during a pre-crisis period and an economic crisis period, on the basis of graduate characteristics and graduate placement statistics. The Electre model is used to produce eighteen university rankings according to three different scenarios (Neutral, University and Job), three different roles ascribed to the key criteria (overeducation and mismatching), and two years corresponding to two postgraduation placement sampling surveys carried out in a pre-crisis period (2006) and during a crisis period (2011). Methods This was a collaborative Spanish and European bone marrow transplantation retrospective multicenter study, which included allo-HSCT recipients (adults and children) with upper respiratory tract disease (URTD) and/or lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) caused by seasonal HCoV diagnosed through multiplex polymerase chain reaction assays from January 2012 to January 2019. Se presenta una actividad docente en un entorno universitario mediante el análisis de conceptos de la Geografía Económica a través del visionado de videoclips musicales integrados en la plataforma YouTube. El alumnado (N=33) trabaja de manera grupal y colaborativamente, en sesiones presenciales y sesiones tutorizadas, seleccionando un grupo musical y una canción y analizando en profundidad la letra y las imágenes presentes en el vídeo, con el objeto de observar e intentar resolver problemáticas cotidianas.
