The main subject of this work is the study and the role ofabnormal trajectories in optimal control theory.We first recall some fundamental results in optimal control. Thenwe investigate the optimality of abnormal trajectories forsingle-input affine systems with constraint on the control, firstfor the time-optimal problem, and then for any cost, the finaltime being fixed or not.Using such an affine system,we extend this theory to sub-Riemannian systems of rank 2.These results show that, under general conditions, an abnormaltrajectory is \it{isolated} among all solutions of the systemhaving the same limit conditions, and thus is \it{locallyoptimal}, until a first \it{conjugate point} which ca…

Des variables paysagères sont constituées en calculant le paysage vu depuis le sol autour de ces maisons : plans de vision selon leur éloignement (six horizons sont distingués) et contenu de ceux-ci décliné en douze types d’occupation du sol. Archéologie préventive. Une ressource pour la recherche et la mise en valeur?

This paper discusses the results in applying Italy's law in preventive archaeology five years after the publication of the executive rules. It examines strenghts and weaknisses of the law, the latter identified in the scant attention paid to ancient topography and landscape archaeology. The role of university departments, the responsabilities of the Superintendences, the role of cooperatives of young archaeologists, the problems arising from the heavy costs in publishing the reserach results are examined. It is also proposed that the archaeological exavations and the programs of musealization be financed by a national fund fed by a percentage of the costs of all projects of public interest.

In this research, we examine the motives underlying fair trade product purchase through two studies using a means-end methodology. Considering the growth of fair trade product consumption and the expansion of its distribution in two different distribution networks, a first exploratory research has been led. It shows that motives and, more particularly, means-end chains underlying fair trade coffee purchase differ depending on the types of retail store chosen (specialized shop vs. Supermarket). If eating behaviours remain flexible and can evolve throughout the life, they are already strongly established during childhood.
