Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas Etnogrāfiskā brīvdabas muzeja naratīvus, tā eksponātu aprakstu veidus un muzeja tekstu tulkošanas paņēmienus, kā arī izpētīt muzeja tekstos sastopamās kultūras reālijas un to pārneses veidus angļu valodā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā izpētīta muzeja nozīme, tā naratīvu veidi un to tulkošanas īpatnības. Darba empīriskajā daļā raksturots Latvijas Etnogrāfiskais brīvdabas muzejs, izpētīti muzeja tekstu veidi, analizētas muzeja tulkojumu īpatnības, tai skaitā reāliju pārneses paņēmieni. Diplomdarba “2.klases skolēnu ekoloģiskās domāšanas sekmēšana vizuālās mākslas stundās” mērķis ir izzināt, kā ar vizuālās mākslas valodu iespējams sekmēt ekoloģisko domāšanu. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek noskaidrota vides izglītības būtība un ekoloģiskās domāšanas pamatprincipi. Otrajā nodaļā tiek atklāti ekoloģiskās domāšanas sekmēšanai izmantojamie pedagoģiskie līdzekļi un metodes. Trešajā nodaļā tiek atklātas mākslas un ekoloģiskās domāšanas mijiedarbības izpausmes arhitektūrā un mākslas darbos. Islandness is a contested concept, not just between disciplines but also cultures, entangled with what islands, island studies, and island identity are understood to be. The purpose of this article is to explore some of these different meanings, without necessarily unifying or reconciling them, with the aim of keeping multiple understandings of islandness in creative tension. We begin by considering islandness as smallness, recognizing that though many entry points into island studies relate to size in some way, what constitutes small is dependent on both context and worldview. The increased emphasis on renewable energy has resulted in a surge of R&D efforts into hydrogen and battery research. The intensive electrochemical environment surrounding the anodic oxygen evolution reaction (OER) has plagued both the activity and stability of the catalytic layer, substrate and porous transport layer, ultimately affecting both these industries. Herein, we report the benefits of potential cycling (PC) a 316L stainless steel felt porous transport layer (PTL) for use in anion exchange membrane water electrolysis.
