Video projection mapping e arti performative.

2018

In Burgundy, the enclosure is strongly linked to the viticulture. Nevertheless, its meaning, its origin and its history remain quite unknown. This paper proposes a survey in medieval and modern sources in order to question the chronology of the practice and its value (or values) on the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. On the Burgundian hillside, the rhythm of enclosure appearances is discontinuous: it is marked by two major peaks, one at the turn of the 12th and 13th centuries, the other between the 19th and 20th centuries. Their value, their role or their symbolic potential differ a lot, although their shape and location in the landscape may be unchanged. For the Middle Ages, the hist…

Transfection of lipoma cells with papilloma bovine virus subgenomic fragment.

1991

Abstract Lipoma cells with consistent chromosomal aberration have been transfected with plasmids carrying papilloma bovine virus subgenomic fragment (PBV 69). The succesful transformation of the cells was ascerted on the changed growth pattern of the cells in liquid medium, colony formation in soft agar and modified cell appearrance in electron microscopy; transfection with PBV 69 has not been, however, sufficient to immortalize lipoma cells.

CVB3 VP1 interacts with MAT1 to inhibit cell proliferation by interfering with Cdk-activating kinase complex activity in CVB3-induced acute pancreati…

2021

Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) belongs to the genus Enterovirus of the family Picornaviridae and can cause acute acinar pancreatitis in adults. However, the molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis underlying CVB3-induced acute pancreatitis have remained unclear. In this study, we discovered that CVB3 capsid protein VP1 inhibited pancreatic cell proliferation and exerted strong cytopathic effects on HPAC cells. Through yeast two-hybrid, co-immunoprecipitation, and confocal microscopy, we show that Menage a trois 1 (MAT1), a subunit of the Cdk-Activating Kinase (CAK) complex involved in cell proliferation and transcription, is a novel interaction protein with CVB3 VP1. Moreover, CVB3 VP1 inhibited MAT…

Conception en technologie CMOS d'un Système de Vision dédié à l'Imagerie Rapide et aux Traitements d'Images

2008

Our work presented in this thesis focuses on the design, testing and implementation of monolithics CMOS image smart sensors : The principle, performance and limitations. The hardware implementation of a vision smart system is the central link. HISIC is High Speed Image Capture with processing at pixel level. An experimental platform for instrumentation and evaluation of retina operators was conducted during this thesis. After a state of the smart sensors and CMOS retinas, the second part is dedicated to the study and design of the pixel image sensor HISIC. Two circuits were realized in CMOS technology. The first identied a new type of photo-detector, and the second, to create a prototype em…

Fiksācijas disparitāte un konverģences nepietiekamība.

2020

First-order visual interneurons distribute distinct contrast and luminance information across ON and OFF pathways to achieve stable behavior

2022

Source data of the paper Ketkar, Gür, Molina-Obando et al. 2022, eLife. We analyzed the behavioral contribution and physiological response properties of first order interneurons L1, L2 and L3 in the Drosophila melanogaster visual system. Data are sorted by figures and comprise either behavioral measurements of flies walking on an air-cushioned ball while being shown visual stimuli, or in vivo two photon microscopy recordings of L1-L3 calcium responses. Please find all relevant information to use the data in the README file. The code to analyze the data, either written in Matlab or Python, is found at https://github.com/silieslab/Ketkar-Gur-MolinaObando-etal2022

Visual Contrast Modulates Operant Learning Responses in Larval Zebrafish.

2018

The larval zebrafish is a promising vertebrate model organism to study neural mechanisms underlying learning and memory due to its small brain and rich behavioral repertoire. Here, we report on a high-throughput operant conditioning system for zebrafish larvae, which can simultaneously train 12 fish to associate a visual conditioned pattern with electroshocks. We find that the learning responses can be enhanced by the visual contrast, not the spatial features of the conditioned patterns, highlighted by several behavioral metrics. By further characterizing the learning curves as well as memory extinction, we demonstrate that the percentage of learners and the memory length increase as the co…

Sensory systems sequentially extract increasingly complex features. ON and OFF pathways, for example, encode increases or decreases of a stimulus from a common input. This ON/OFF pathway split is thought to occur at individual synaptic connections through a sign-inverting synapse in one of the pathways. Here, we show that ON selectivity is a multisynaptic process in the Drosophila visual system. A pharmacogenetics approach demonstrates that both glutamatergic inhibition through GluClα and GABAergic inhibition through Rdl mediate ON responses. Although neurons postsynaptic to the glutamatergic ON pathway input L1 lose all responses in GluClα mutants, they are resistant to a cell-type-specifi…
