Potencjał szkolnictwa zawodowego w Opolu - stan i rekomendacje dla interesariuszy

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie rekomendacji dotyczących zwiększenia stopnia dopasowania oferty kształcenia zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy w kontekście sytuacji szkolnictwa zawodowego w Opolu. Tekst oparty jest na wynikach badania przeprowadzonego przy użyciu papierowych formularzy (PAPS). W badaniu wzięło udział 10 z 13 placówek prowadzonych przez gminę Opole, w których odbywa się edukacja zawodowa młodzieży, w tym wszystkie technika oraz 3 zasadnicze szkoły zawodowe pierwszego stopnia. Badanie dotyczyło oferty badanych instytucji oraz ich wkładu w zaspokajanie potrzeb rynku pracy (liczba i struktura absolwentów). Respondenci zostali poproszeni o ocenę swoich zasobów edukacyjnych. Occupational Well‐being among Aging Teachers in Finland

Abstract This article presents an examination of occupational well‐being among teachers in Finland who are over 45‐years of age (n = 1012). Occupational well‐being was described by affective (job anxiety and depression, burnout), behavioral (job competence and aspiration) and health (psychosomatic Symptoms and work ability) components. The structure of well‐being turned out to be two‐dimensional, consisting of affect‐health and behavior dimensions. Updating an earlier article, we undertake a systematic literature review of guidance research in the Nordic countries during this 15-year period. Tässä artikkelissa tarkastelen peruskoulun yhdeksännen luokan oppilaiden vieraan kielen oppimismotivaatioprofiilien ja kieltenopetuksessa saatujen arvosanojen yh-teyttä heidän perusopetuksen jälkeisiin jatko-opiskelusuunnitelmiinsa. Suomessa tilanne on monia muita maita parempi, mutta myös täällä on viritetty keskustelua mahdollisesta opettajapulasta.
