Weed resistance to herbicides in France: current situation and future prospects

This talk will inventory weed species with confirmed cases of herbicide resistance in France. Species most prone to evolve herbicide resistance in the future will be listed, taking into account the current context of herbicide-tolerant crop variety release. Last, guidance (not to be heeded!) will be provided on how best to select for herbicide resistance.

Millaisia TVT-taitoja on valmistuvilla aineenopettajilla

Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa tutkitaan, millaisia TVT-taitoja on Jyväskylän yliopistosta valmistuvilla aineenopettajilla. Lisäksi selvitetään millainen merkitys TVT:lla on yhteiskunnassa ja opetuskäytössä yleisesti. Toisessa luvussa kerrotaan miten Opetushallitus ja -ministeriö on määritellyt TVT:n tavoitetilan yhteiskunnassa, ja sen hyödyntämisen opetuksessa. Samalla käydään läpi eri kuntien käytänteitä TVT:n käyttöönotossa. Kolmannessa luvussa selvitetään millaisia opettajien TVT-taitoja on määritelty ja millaiset TVT-taidot opettajilla tulisi olla. From CCSD(T)/aug‐cc‐pVTZ‐J to CCSD(T) complete basis set limit isotropic nuclear magnetic shieldings via affordable DFT/CBS calculations

It is shown that a linear correlation exists between nuclear shielding constants for nine small inorganic and organic molecules (N2, CO, CO2, NH3, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6 and C6H6) calculated with 47 methods (42 DFT methods, RHF, MP2, SOPPA, SOPPA(CCSD), CCSD(T)) and the aug‐cc‐pVTZ‐J basis set and corresponding complete basis set results, estimated from calculations with the family of polarization‐consistent pcS‐n basis sets. This implies that the remaining basis set error of the aug‐cc‐pVTZ‐J basis set is very similar in DFT and CCSD(T) calculations. Šajā darbā tiek pētīta kultūras atsauču atveide audiovizuālajos tulkojumos (AVT). Šajā pētījumā tiek izmantotas lingvistiskā satura analīze, kontrastīvā analīze un multimodālā diskursa analīze. Pētījuma korpusu veido kultūras atsauces, atklātas animācijas filmās "Šreks". Atsauces tika iedalītas reālajās un intertekstuālajās atsaucēs. Korpusa izpēte parādīja, ka animācijas filmās "Šreks" atrodamo kultūras atsauču atveidē izmantotas 14 tulkošanas stratēģijas, no kurām visbiežāk tika izmantotas svītrošanas, adaptācijas un vispārināšanas stratēģijas. Extended valence theory perspective on consumers' e-waste recycling intentions in Japan

The gravity of the electronic waste (e-waste) crisis can be attributed to consumers' low participation in ensuring the proper disposal of such materials. Motivating consumers to recycle e-waste requires a deeper understanding of the dimensions that underlie behavioral intentions. Accordingly, the present study uses the novel framework of Valence Theory (VT) to examine how consumers evaluate their decision to recycle e-waste. The authors propose an extended VT model incorporating consumer values (value compatibility, openness to change, and environmental concerns), which is validated using cross-sectional survey data from 774 Japanese consumers.
